MULTISPECTRAL UNCOOLED THERMAL INFRARED CAMERA SYSTEM - A multispectral thermal infrared camera system is disclosed. An uncooled thermal imaging camera is equipped with an axially tilted, cooled spectral filter. The axially tilted, cooled spectral filter deflects the radiation emitted by the uncooled camera away from being reflected back into the camera. The axially tilted, cooled spectral filter emits a lesser amount of thermal radiation towards the camera. And the axially tilted, cooled tilted filter is enclosed in a cold radiation shield to minimize the thermal emission that would be reflected by the filter towards the camera and to absorb the radiation deflected by the tilted filter. The axially tilted, cooled spectral filter passes only the desired portion of the thermal infrared radiation from the scene onto the uncooled camera. | 07-14-2011

Fluid dispenser with uniformly collapsible reservoir - A compact, easy-to-use dispensing device that includes a uniquely configured unitary fluid container formed by a blow-fill-seal process. The container has a collapsible, tapered sidewall of progressively varying wall thickness that, upon being acted upon by an elastic member, will deliver an injectable parenteral fluid contained within the fluid reservoir to the patient at a substantially constant flow rate. | 10-02-2008
Fluid dispenser with additive sub-system - A compact fluid dispenser for use in controllably dispensing fluid medicaments, such as, antibiotics, analgesics, and like medicinal agents from the device reservoir which is provided in the form of a novel bellows-type assembly. The fluid dispenser includes a unique stored energy mechanism which takes the form of a constant force spring member of novel design that provides the force necessary to continuously and substantially uniformly expel fluid from the device reservoir. The device also includes novel adjustable flow rate control assembly that is disposed intermediate the fluid reservoir outlet and the outlet port of the device for precisely controlling the rate of fluid flow from the outlet port toward the patient. | 12-25-2008
Variable force spring - A variable force spring that includes an elongated, pre-stressed strip of retractable spring material that is formed into coils and having a variation in cross-sectional mass along the length. In one instance, the variation in cross-sectional mass along the length of the retractable spring is achieved by varying the width of the pre-stressed spring along its length. | 04-30-2009
Variable rate fluid dispenser - A compact, low-profile fluid dispensing device for use in controllably dispensing fluid medicaments, such as, antibiotics, analgesics and like medicinal agents from the novel bellows-type device reservoir. The dispensing device includes a novel actuating mechanism controllably delivering to the patient the medicament contained within the device reservoir. | 04-30-2009
Fluid delivery device with variable force spring - A compact fluid dispenser for use in controllably dispensing fluid medicaments, such as antibiotics, blood clotting agents, analgesics, and like medicinal agents from collapsible containers at a uniform rate. The dispenser includes a novel stored energy source that is provided in the form of a compressible-expandable member that functions to continuously and uniformly expel fluid from the apparatus reservoir. The apparatus further includes a novel fluid flow control assembly that precisely controls the flow of the medicament solutions from the apparatus reservoir to the patient. | 04-30-2009

ACOUSTICAL AND ENERGY ABSORBENT FLOORING UNDERLAYMENT - Disclosed is an acoustical flooring underlayment comprised of an energy absorbing layer formed from a polymeric gel, a first moisture barrier for engaging a subfloor and optionally a second moisture barrier for engaging hard flooring. The energy absorbing layer includes a first side surface, a second side surface and a plurality of edge surfaces. The flooring underlayment provides sound attenuating and energy absorbing properties to a flooring underlayment. | 10-16-2008
Vibration Attenuating Ball Racquet - Disclosed is a ball racquet having a vibration attenuating compound inserted within the frame of the racquet. The attenuating compound comprises a gel formed from an expoxidized vegetable oil. The gel compound can be placed in varying parts of the racquet. Furthermore more than one insert can be placed within the hollow confines of the racquet structure. | 02-12-2009

CARRYING CASE SYSTEM PROVIDING MULTIPLE LEVELS OF PROTECTION - A protective transport system to provide protection for equipment is achieved by a cylindrical primary carrying case and a cylindrical protective case. These two components are designed to provide varying levels of protection, while also being easy to use and relatively light weight. The primary case is designed to closely receive the device being transported, and provide handling structures specific to that device. The protective case is designed to contain the primary case, and provide significant levels of protection when needed. Both cases allow easy access at an end of the cylinder to the device being carried. | 12-10-2009
MUSIC INSTRUMENT CASE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE LID - A flexible music instrument case uses an interchangeable lid system to allow different types of lids to be attached to a main body depending on the particular needs of the user. The main body of the music case has an internal chamber configured to closely contain and protect the musical instrument or instruments, depending on the particular instruments being carried. The main body is somewhat structured to maintain a container shape, and may include various levels of rigidity. In addition, the main body further has at least one attachment mechanism attached to a portion thereof, to allow an interchangeable lid to be removably attached to the main body. The interchangeable lid has a similar attachment mechanism attached thereto to allow for the removable attachment of various lid elements. The interchangeable lids are configured differently to allow a user to configure the carrying case as necessary, and may include accessory compartments, sheet music pockets, or extended accommodations to allow portions of the musical instruments to extend beyond the open top while also being contained. Additional handles, wheels and straps are also included to increase the ease of use for the musical instrument case. | 09-16-2010
