20100088695SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LOCALIZING A SERVER APPLICATION USING A CLIENT-SIDE TRANSLATOR - A method is provided for localizing a server application using a client-side translator. A client device selects a locale specific resource file using client locale information stored in a client operating system or provided by a user. The client locale information may be sent to a server. The client may download a locale specific resource file associated with the server application or install a locale specific resource file from a computer readable medium. The server application sends a displayable string to the client device. The displayable string may be a lookup key to mapping a locale specific string in the locale specific resource file to the displayable string. The displayable string may be replaced by the locale specific string corresponding to a translation of the displayable string. The locale specific string displays on the client device.04-08-2010

20090252577Automatic load transfer device and method for automated material handling systems - An automatic load transfer device is provided for automated material handling systems of the type having a tow AGV pulling a train of trailers along a predetermined path between stations. The device has a base positioned adjacent to the path with spaced apart rails that support a movable carriage which shifts between retracted and extended positions. A conveyor having a plurality of side-by-side fingers with moving conveyor elements is supported on the carriage by a lift which shifts the conveyor between lowered and raised positions. The carriage, conveyor elements, and lift have separate drives that are operably connected with a controller which sequentially activates the same to load and/or unload loads onto and/or from the trailers.10-08-2009
20100138095POWER SOURCE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AGVS AND METHOD - An automatic guided vehicle (AGV) and method has at least one AGV with a drive assembly, a rechargeable power source on-board the AGV configured to supply power to the drive assembly, and a controller on-board the AGV. The controller on-board the AGV is configured to substantially continuously monitor at least two conditions including an operating condition of the AGV, a state of charge of the power source, and an electrical power supplied for recharging the rechargeable power source, wherein the controller determines when the rechargeable power source of the AGV is to be recharged, and controls a recharging process of the power source based upon at least one of the monitored conditions.06-03-2010

20090259280ELECTRICAL STIMULATION LEAD WITH BIOERODIBLE ANCHORS AND ANCHOR STRAPS - An apparatus includes a coupling portion, a bioerodible anchor portion and a bioerodable retainer. The coupling portion is configured to be coupled to an electrical conductor. The bioerodible retention portion is adjacent to the coupling portion and is moveable from a collapsed configuration to an expanded configuration. The bioerodible retention portion is configured to anchor the electrical conductor with respect to body tissue when the bioerodible retention portion is in its expanded configuration. The bioerodible anchor portion is formulated to erode when disposed within the body tissue at a first rate. The bioerodible retainer is coupled to the bioerodible anchor portion and is configured to inhibit movement of the bioerodible anchor portion from the collapsed configuration to the expanded configuration. The bioerodible retainer is formulated to erode when disposed within the body tissue at a second rate greater than the first rate.10-15-2009

20110044994HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV)-NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODIES - The invention provides a method for obtaining a broadly neutralizing antibody (bNab), including screening memory B cell cultures from a donor PBMC sample for neutralization activity against a plurality of HIV-1 species, cloning a memory B cell that exhibits broad neutralization activity; and rescuing a monoclonal antibody from that memory B cell culture. The resultant monoclonal antibodies are characterized by their ability to selectively bind epitopes from the Env proteins in native or monomeric form, as well as to inhibit infection of HIV-1 species from a plurality of clades. Compositions containing human monoclonal anti-HIV antibodies used for prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment of HIV infection are provided. Methods for generating such antibodies by immunization using epitopes from conserved regions within the variable loops of gp120 are provided. Immunogens for generating anti-HIV1 bNAbs are also provided. Furthermore, methods for vaccination using suitable epitopes are provided.02-24-2011
