When the level pattern of the line transmission signal matches with a registered pattern of one control signal, the supply unit starts supplying or cuts off electric power to the secondary microcomputer. In response to the level pattern of the line transmission signal different from a registered pattern of any control signal, the supply unit invalidates the level change of the signal line to continue the power supply or cutoff.07-30-2009

A suction pipe provides refrigerant gas, which can be sucked into the compression element in the closed vessel. The suction pipe is attached to the closed vessel. A first direction and a second direction, which correspond to natural vibration modes of the suction pipes, do not coincide with a direction that connects two hole portions. Therefore, even if the refrigerant gas discharged from the compression element resonates in the closed vessel, vibrations of the suction pipe can be reduced.07-09-2009
20090232679COMPRESSOR - A compressor includes a closed container and a compression element welded together at least three, preferably six, welding points. A suction tube for sucking refrigerant gas is attached to the closed container. A first direction and a second direction that are associated with a natural vibration mode of the suction tube do not coincide with a direction in which any two of the welding points are aligned. Accordingly, vibration of the suction tube can be reduced by arrangement of the welding points even if vibration of a motor is transmitted to the compression element.09-17-2009
20090285702COMPRESSOR - A discharge port of a compression element is positioned inside an outer circumferential surface of a stator, as seen looking in a direction of a rotation axis of a shaft, and overlaps the stator, as seen looking in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis of the shaft. Accordingly, refrigerant gas discharged from the compression element can be made to flow mainly into spaces inside the outer circumferential surface of the stator.11-19-2009
20100226796ROTARY COMPRESSOR - A stagnation space defined by barriers is provided in a first muffler chamber communicating with a first cylinder chamber. The stagnation space overlaps with a refrigerant-gas inlet side of the first cylinder chamber, the inlet side being bordered by a center plane as viewed in a direction of a center axis of the first cylinder chamber. In the first muffler chamber, the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant gas is unlikely to enter into the stagnation space, so that heat is less absorbed to the inlet side of the first cylinder chamber.09-09-2010
20100310388SEALING STRUCTURE AND COMPRSSOR - A sealing is arranged between a rear head having an ejection port configured and arranged to eject compressed refrigerant and a rear muffler disposed so that a muffler space is formed between the rear muffler and the rear head. The rear head includes a main body having a bearing hole, an annular boss portion protruding from the main body and circumscribing the bearing hole, and an annular side wall protruding from the main body and circumscribing the boss portion. The rear muffler has an opening and is fastened to the end surface of the side wall so that the peripheral portion of the opening contacts the end surface of the boss portion. Preferably, the end surface of the boss portion has a part entirely further from the main body than the end surface of the side wall.12-09-2010

20090018715CONTROL APPARATUS FOR HYBRID VEHICLE - In one embodiment, a first motor is used upon stopping or starting of an engine during driving of a vehicle. When a stop control or a start control of the engine is executed, a target drive force required to be generated by a second motor is calculated based on a drive force required for driving. A positive drive force required for elimination in a specific rotation direction of backlash occurring in mutual meshing sections of gears of a power distribution mechanism is added to the target drive force. Meanwhile, a braking force required of a brake in order to cancel the added positive drive force so as not to be transmitted to drive wheels is calculated. Based on the results of calculation, coordinated control is executed in which the second motor and the brake are operated in a linked manner.01-15-2009
20090139825TOROUE FLUCTUATION ABSORBER - A torque fluctuation absorber, including: an output plate that is rotatably disposed; a first rotating plate disposed for movement in the direction of rotation of the output plate relatively from the output plate; a first elastic member engaged with the output plate and the first rotating plate and capable of transmitting the power applied to the first rotating plate to the output plate; a second elastic member to which the power from a power source is applied and capable of transmitting the power to the first rotating plate; and a power transmission control mechanism. The power transmission control mechanism is located radially outside the first elastic member about an axis of rotation. The second elastic member is spaced from the first elastic member and the power transmission control mechanism in the direction of the axis of rotation. The first elastic member and the second elastic member are arranged radially offset.06-04-2009
20090256513Power output apparatus, vehicle equipped with power output apparatus, and control method of power output apparatus - A hybrid electronic control unit sends a combustion start command to an engine ECU when the rotation speed of an engine reaches a combustion start rotation speed by engine cranking. The engine ECU sends an initial explosion advance notification to the hybrid electronic control unit when the crank position of the engine reaches a specific position prior to an ignition timing of an initial explosion cylinder by a preset crank angle θec. Ignition of the initial explosion cylinder is performed at a timing when the crank position is further rotated by the preset crank angle θec. The hybrid electronic control unit sends a torque command in view of a counter torque Tα to a motor ECU after elapse of a preset time period tv. The preset time period tv is the sum of a first time period t10-15-2009
20090259391Hybrid vehicle and control method of hybrid vehicle - When a start command of an engine is given in the presence of the driver's power demand, the start control sets the ignition timing of the engine to a power demand ignition timing, in order to enable quick output of a large power from the engine in response to the driver's power demand. When the start command of the engine is given in the absence of the driver's power demand in a vehicle drive state, there is little possibility of the occurrence of gear chattering noise because of application of a torque to a driveshaft. The start control accordingly sets the ignition timing of the engine to a vibration control ignition timing, in order to reduce the vibration of the vehicle body. When the start command of the engine is given in the absence of the driver's power demand in a vehicle stop state, on the other hand, application of a small torque may cause the occurrence of chattering noise. The start control accordingly sets the ignition timing of the engine to a chattering control ignition timing, in order to generate a certain level of torque that prevents repeated contact and separation of gears in a gear mechanism even in the event of an engine-induced torque variation.10-15-2009
20100204862CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE - In a hybrid vehicle that speed-shifts the output of a motor/generator using an automatic transmission and transmits the speed-shifted output to a drive wheel, a magnet temperature of the motor/generator is estimated, and when the magnet temperature is higher than a reference temperature, an oil pressure command value for engaging or disengaging a brake of the automatic transmission is corrected in a decreasing direction, thereby preventing tie-up shock. When the magnet temperature is lower than the reference temperature, on the other hand, the oil pressure command value for engaging or disengaging the brake of the automatic transmission is corrected in an increasing direction, thereby avoiding racing in the motor/generator.08-12-2010
20100263951Drive Control Device For Hybrid Vehicle - Due to the reduction of a discharge amount of a mechanical oil pump by a lowering of the idling rotation speed, a slip in a hydraulic power transmission apparatus and a blow up of an electric motor for running due to a delay of the rising of the oil pressure upon the sudden start and the like are prevented. While avoiding the slip and the blow up, the idling rotation speed is lowered so as to make the engine noise small. When the return determination from the idling state is performed based on the shift operation from P to D, at step S10-21-2010
