20110233478SILICON FOR N-TYPE SOLAR CELLS AND A METHOD OF PRODUCING PHOSPHORUS-DOPED SILICON - It is an object of the present invention to provide aluminum-containing silicon for n-type solar cells. It further provides a method of producing phosphorous-doped silicon refined form aluminum-containing silicone from an economical point of view. It provides silicon for n-type solar cells containing aluminum at a mass concentration of from 0.001 to 1.0 ppm and phosphorous at a mass concentration of from 0.0011 to 1.1 ppm, and having a mass concentration ratio of phosphorous to aluminum of 1.1 or greater. It further provides a method of producing phosphorous-doped silicon, including: preparing a melted mixture containing aluminum, phosphorous, and silicon, by heating and melting aluminum-containing silicon to obtain a melted product and adding phosphorous to the obtained melted product, or by adding phosphorous to aluminum-containing silicon to obtain a mixture and heating and melting the obtained mixture; and then solidifying the melted mixture in a mold under a temperature gradient in one direction.09-29-2011

20100223944REFRIGERATOR - To provide a refrigerator including: a heat-insulating main body; a storage compartment defined in the heat-insulating main body; and a mist spray apparatus that sprays a fine mist into the storage compartment. The fine mist generated by the mist spray apparatus has a nano-size particle diameter and reduces microorganisms adhering to the inside of the storage compartment and to vegetable surfaces, the microorganisms including molds, bacteria, yeasts, and viruses.09-09-2010
20100236269REFRIGERATOR - A refrigerator that sprays a mist using an atomization apparatus includes an atomization state determination unit that determines an atomization state of an atomization unit. An operation of the atomization unit is controlled according to a signal determined by the atomization state determination unit. Thus, an appropriate amount of mist spray is performed according to the atomization state, so that improved spray accuracy can be attained.09-23-2010
20100243767REFRIGERATOR - A refrigerator includes: a storage compartment that is separated and heat-insulated from another area; an atomization device having an electrode unit that sprays mist into the storage compartment; and a protection unit that improves safety of a user.09-30-2010
