20130085769CHARACTERIZING HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, CLAIM, BENEFICIARY AND HEALTHCARE MERCHANT NORMAL BEHAVIOR USING NON-PARAMETRIC STATISTICAL OUTLIER DETECTION SCORING TECHNIQUES - This invention uses non-parametric statistical measures and probability mathematical techniques to calculate deviations of variable values, on both the high and low side of a data distribution, from the midpoint of the data distribution. It transforms the data values and then combines all of the individual variable values into a single scalar value that is a “good-ness” score. This “good-ness” behavior score model characterizes “normal” or typical behavior, rather than predicting fraudulent, abusive, or “bad”, behavior. The “good” score is a measure of how likely it is that the subject's behavior characteristics are from a population representing a “good” or “normal” provider, claim, beneficiary or healthcare merchant behavior. The “good” score can replace or compliment a score model that predicts “bad” behavior in order to reduce false positive rates. The optimal risk management prevention program should include both a “good” behavior score model and a “bad” behavior score model.04-04-2013

20120146398Sweeping Track Shoe For Undercarriage System In A Track-Type Machine - A ground engaging track for a track-type machine includes a set of identical standard track shoes each having a relatively narrow shoe footprint, and a sweeping track shoe having a relatively wide shoe footprint. The sweeping track shoe is connectable via track links with the standard track shoes in an endless chain configuration such that the sweeping track shoe juts outwardly of the standard track shoes, for sweeping debris from a clearance between the track and a main frame of the track-type machine. The sweeping track shoe includes bolting apertures formed therein and communicating between an upper shoe surface and a ground contacting shoe surface, the bolting apertures being arranged in a directional link bolting pattern. The directional link bolting pattern defines a minor shoe axis and a major shoe axis, and the sweeping shoe body may be configured such that an inboard sweeping edge is spaced further than an outboard edge from the minor shoe axis.06-14-2012

20100073851One-Piece Optical Imager Housing and Method For Releasably Locking A One-Piece Housing Assembly - A one-piece housing for the enclosure and protection of an optical imager or other device and a method for locking a one-piece housing assembly in a folded configuration. The housing comprises three segments permanently joined by flexible hinges that allow the housing to quickly fold into a box to enclose an optical imager. To releasably maintain the housing in closed position, the assembly contains two locking tabs that snap-fit into depressions on a platform extending away from the main housing segment. One tab snap-fits directly into a depression on the top surface of the platform while the other tab snap-fits into a depression on the reverse surface of the platform. By locking into depressions on the top and reverse surfaces of the platform, the opposing tabs tightly grip the surfaces and releasably maintain the housing in the folded configuration.03-25-2010
