20110191499USB to SD Bridge - A USB-to-SDIO bridge (UTSB) to efficiently transmit SD/SDIO commands in USB packets. The UTSB may allow the majority of the device drivers for a given SD/SDIO device to remain intact, requiring changes only in the lowest hardware adaptation layer to put a USB wrapper around native SD commands. These commands may be sent over USB-to-SD card reader devices that may include various embodiments of a UTSB, where they may be unwrapped and transmitted to the SD port as if the port were native to the host controller. Additionally, the SD/SDIO commands may be packaged into groups of commands, or transactions, to optimize performance. The host driver may instruct the UTSB bridge device to repeatedly read data from the SDIO device until a communications FIFO on the device is empty (corresponding to a termination condition), and return the collected data to the host.08-04-2011

20110258770PORTABLE URINAL COMPRISING A HOLLOW PRISM HAVING A RECTANGULAR BASE AND A U-SHAPED CONCAVE URINAL PROJECTING OUT FROM THE FRONT SURFACE THEREOF, THE BASE OF SAID CONCAVE URINAL BEING IN COMMUNICATION WITH AN UPPER OVAL WASH-HAND BASIN AND WITH THE PRISM INTERIOR BY MEANS OF A LOWER HOLE - The invention relates to a hygienic urinal intended for use by people on farms, at large events and, in particular, at the top, or between the floors of a structure under construction. For this purpose, the invention comprises a portable urinal with a wash-hand basin, formed by a hollow prism having a rectangular base and a U-shaped concave urinal projecting out from the front surface thereof. The upper part of the rear face of the concave urinal is communicated with an upper oval wash-hand basin by means of multiple holes, thereby enabling a curtain of water to flow into the prism through small lower holes. The upper inner part of the prism is provided with a drinking water tank which is connected via a hose to a foot pump located in a cavity at the bottom right corner, such that, when necessary, the user can use the foot pump to activate the discharge of water through a curved faucet above the wash hand basin. Subsequently, a curtain of water flows through multiple perforations provided in the upper part of the concave urinal and on into the prism. In this way, the prism is filled and once it has been totally or partially filled the contents are emptied through a ball cock located on the lower rear part of the prism or are drawn through a trap door or side cover. The base of the urinal is fitted with four wheels so that it can be easily moved. In addition, two side screens and a rear screen can be fitted on the upper periphery of the prism to ensure privacy. Furthermore, the invention includes an optional removable roof which can be mounted on the screens.10-27-2011
