20090318810Operation Control Of An Ultrasound System Based On An Impact Pattern Applied Thereto - There are disclosed embodiments for controlling an operation of an ultrasound system based on an impact applied thereto. In the ultrasound system designed to operate in a plurality of diagnostic modes, a user may be verified based on the impact pattern applied to the ultrasound system. Also, a desirable diagnostic mode of the ultrasound system may be selected and executed based on the impact pattern. The ultrasound system may include an ultrasound diagnostic unit to form ultrasound images based on ultrasound echo signals reflected from a target object. An impact detecting unit may detect impacts applied to the ultrasound diagnostic unit from a user to thereby output impact pattern information. A control unit may control an operation of the ultrasound diagnostic unit based on the impact pattern information so that the diagnostic mode corresponding to the impact pattern information may be executed.12-24-2009
20100035591METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION USING IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ALLOCATED TO COMMUNICATION NETWORK - A method and system for providing information for using an identification number, which is a user-by-user information DB, is provided to individual user when each user desires, thereby preventing inconvenience due to the indiscriminately provided information, and simultaneously providing and efficiently delivering the information to the providers. A system for providing information for using identification number comprising: a user terminal for calling an identification number corresponding to information of a user's interest; a user-by-user information DB constructed such that the user matches to information data of the user's interest; a server for setting and changing a correspondence relation between the user and information data of the user's interest in the user-by-user information DB according to an identification number call from the user terminal; and a message center for transmitting an interest information message corresponding to the information data of user's interest to the user terminal, responding to the request of server.02-11-2010
20100105149FLUORESCENT DYE-LABELED GLUCOSE BIOPROBE, SYNTHESIS METHOD AND USAGE THEREOF - The present invention relates to a fluorescent dye-labeled glucose analog, and a synthesis method and usage of the same, and more particularly, to novel glucose α and β anomers in which a fluorescent dye is labeled by O-1-glycosylation, an asymmetric synthesis method of the anomers, a molecular bioimaging method of the anomers, and a screening method of curing or preventing drugs for diseases related to glucose metabolism.04-29-2010
20100266846METHOD OF PRODUCING METAL NANOPARTICLES CONTINUOUSLY AND METAL NANOPARTICLES PRODUCED THEREBY - Disclosed are a method of producing metal nanoparticles continuously, and metal nanoparticles produced thereby. The method comprises: (a) preparing a metal precursor solution by dissolving a metal precursor in alcohol; (b) continuously putting the metal precursor solution into a reactor having supercritical conditions, thereby producing metal nanoparticles; (c) cooling the solution obtained in step (b); and (d) separating and collecting the metal nanoparticles from the solution obtained in step (c).10-21-2010
20110059022TWO PHOTON TRACER, METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF AND THE USE THEREOF IN SCREENING ANTICANCER AGENTS - Disclosed herein are compounds useful as two-photon tracers. Also, methods are provided for visualizing intracellular glucose uptake, screening anticancer agents, and diagnosing cancer using the compounds. They exhibit preferential uptake by cancer cells, penetrability sufficient to allow bright section images, high water solubility, high pH resistance and low toxicity in addition to applicability to living cells in deep tissues over a long period of time.03-10-2011
20110059477FLUORESCENT DYE-LABELED GLUCOSE BIOPROBE, SYNTHESIS METHOD AND USAGE THEREOF - Disclosed are a novel fluorescent glucose analogue, a method for the synthesis thereof and the use thereof. The novel fluorescent glucose analogue is labeled with fluorescent dye by O-1-glycosylation and via various linkers. The fluorescent glucose analogue can be applied to molecular bioimaging and a method for screening curative or preventive drugs for glucose metabolism-related diseases.03-10-2011
20110089769WIRELESS POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE, WIRELESS POWER TRANSMISSION CONTROL DEVICE, AND WIRELESS POWER TRANSMISSION METHOD - A wireless power transmission device, a wireless power transmission control device, and a wireless power transmission method are provided. A coupling frequency between a source resonator and a target resonator is determined A transmission frequency is controlled such that power is transmitted from the source resonator to the target resonator at the coupling frequency. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a high power transmission efficiency without using an additional matching circuit even when a distance between the source resonator and the target resonator is changed.04-21-2011
20110253621METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANE HAVING IMPROVED ANTIFOULING PROPERTY AND HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANE MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD - A method of manufacturing a hydrophilic membrane and hydrophilic membranes having improved antifouling property using a supercritical fluid or a subcritical fluid. The method involves combining a coating solution from a hydrophilic group-containing monomer, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and a supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid in a high pressure solution vessel and transferring the coating solution to a membrane in a high pressure coating vessel, coating the surfaces and micropores of the membranes through cross-linking polymerization reactions. Non-reacted coating material is returned to the high pressure solution vessel. The membranes are removed from the coating vessel, cleaned and dried. The hydrophilic membrane manufactured by the present invention is excellent in properties of hydrophobic membranes such as thermal stability, chemical stability and mechanical strength, and surfaces and micropores of the membranes are uniformly coated.10-20-2011
