A lever is hinged to the body, and is exposed to the outside of the body through the opening. A clamp is housed in the body, is elastically supported by a first spring on one side thereof, and extends in a lengthwise direction such that a contact part thereof is exposed to the front of the body. A clamp contacting unit has a pivoting bar and an operating bar so as to be linked with the lever by a pivot pin moving along operation slots of the lever at a predetermined angle.
