20090082248Laundry treatment compositions - A polysaccharide conjugate comprising from 10% to 98%, by weight, of at least one water insoluble fabric care benefit agent which comprises a solid non-silicone fabric lubricant and from 2% to 20%, by weight, of at least one delivery enhancing agent that is a cationic polysaccharide having a backbone comprising β03-26-2009
20090275494Fabric Treatment Compositions - The invention provides an encapsulate comprising a benefit agent core (preferably containing perfume), one or more inner shells (preferably of melamine urea or melamine formaldehyde) and an outer shell comprising a polymer (for example locust bean gum, tamarind xyloglucan, guar gum or mixtures thereof) which is substantive to cellulose (preferably in the form of cotton), at least one of said shells being impermeable to the benefit agent.11-05-2009
20100216684PERFUME PARTICLES - The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of core-shell perfume particles by emulsion polymerisation and to the products obtainable by such a process. The core of the particles comprises a perfume and the shell (which preferably comprises an aminoplast polymer) also comprises a non-ionic deposition aid (such as locust bean gum) which is substantive to textiles. The process of the invention is characterised in that, during the emulsion polymerisation step, the solids content of the polymerisation mixture does not fall below 25% wt. The particles obtained by the process are suitable for inclusion in laundry products and show significantly improved deposition and retention onto fabrics being laundered as compared with particles formed at lower solids levels.08-26-2010

20080242579Laundry Product - A unit dose fabric treatment system comprises a water soluble container in which a liquid fabric treatment composition is disposed, the composition comprising one or more fatty acid esters wherein, in at least one of the fatty acid esters, the average proportion of C18 chains is less than 60%, preferably less than 50%, more preferably less than 40%, e.g. less than 30% by weight of the total weight of fatty acid chains in the fatty acid ester.10-02-2008
20080242580Method of Preparing a Laundry Product - A method of preparing a composition for use in a unit dose fabric treatment system, the method comprising the steps of reacting together, in the presence of water, a ester-containing soap precursor, a base material, and optionally a solvent.10-02-2008
20080261850Laundry Product - A unit dose fabric treatment system comprises a water soluble container in which a liquid fabric treatment composition is disposed, the composition comprising a fatty acid and an alkylated sugar.10-23-2008

20090036346Fabric Conditioning Composition - An aqueous conditioning composition comprising: (i) a water-insoluble, non-ester, quaternary ammonium fabric conditioning agent having at least 2 alkyl and/or alkenyl groups of at least 12 carbon atoms, or an alkyl or alkenyl group having a chain length of at least 20 carbon atoms. (ii) a water-soluble quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant and (iii) perfume, at least a portion of which is encapsulated. The composition is made by a specific process which comprises adding the encapsulated perfume to water prior to the addition of the water-insoluble quaternary ammonium fabric conditioning agent and adding the water-soluble quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant after the addition of the water-insoluble quaternary ammonium fabric conditioning agent and any free perfume and at a temperature below the phase transition temperature of the composition.02-05-2009
