20110070519SEPARATING PLATE OF SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL STACK - The present invention relates to a separating plate of solid oxide fuel cell stack. The separating plate of solid oxide fuel cell stack includes a substrate, upper and lower micro channel plates and upper and lower sealing guides. The substrate includes a fuel inflow/outflow manifold and an air inflow/outflow manifold disposed opposing to each other in a diagonal direction, a fuel channel having a pair of horizontal channels and an inclined channel connecting ends of the horizontal channels so as to connect the fuel inflow/outflow manifold, and an air channel having a pair of vertical channels and an inclined channel connecting ends of the vertical channels so as to connect the air inflow/outflow manifold. The upper and lower micro channel plates are attached to upper and lower parts of the substrate and includes a plurality of micro channels so as to distribute uniformly fuel flowing in the fuel channel and air flowing in the air channel. The upper and lower sealing guides keep a constant gap with the upper and lower micro channel plates and are attached to the upper and lower parts of the substrate.03-24-2011

20090164710SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY SYSTEM AND ACCESS METHOD THEREOF - A semiconductor memory system and access method thereof. The semiconductor memory system includes a nonvolatile memory and a memory controller. The nonvolatile memory stores monitoring data in one or more of plural memory cells. The memory controller controls the nonvolatile memory. The memory controller detects the monitoring data and adjusts a bias voltage, which is provided to the plural memory cells, in accordance with a result of the detection.06-25-2009
20090180346PORTABLE DATA STORAGE APPARATUS - A memory card includes a non-volatile memory; and a power management unit for receiving an external supply voltage to supply an operating voltage to the non-volatile memory. The power management unit boosts/bypasses the external supply voltage based on whether the external supply voltage is lower than a detection voltage and then outputs the boosted/bypassed voltage as the operating voltage of the non-volatile memory.07-16-2009
20100011164MEMORY SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF INITIALLIZING THE SAME - A memory system is provided includes a host processor, and a plurality of cascade connected memory cards connected to the host processor. Each of the memory cards stores a same default relative card address (RCA) prior to initialization of the memory system. The host processor is configured to sequentially access each memory card using the default RCA, and to change the default RCA to a unique RCA upon each sequential access.01-14-2010
