The kit has a first adapter cup, an additional adapter cup and a main body valve fitting. The adapter cups have substantially identical upper rims that are configured for attachment to the main body valve fitting. Each adapter cup has a lower cylindrical portion with a different outer diameter than that of the other adapter cup. The lower portion of one of the adapter cups is inserted into a discharge hole of like or substantially similar diameter. The main body fitting with an inlet and outlet is attached to the rim of the inserted adapter cup. A flapper is swingable relative to the main body fitting from a closed position abutting the outlet to an open position raised from the inlet. A single flush tank valve assembly can be installed into toilet tanks with different sized discharge holes.08-26-2010
20110126348SINGLE-PIECE HIGH RATE FLUSH VALVE ASSEMBLY - A single-piece flush valve assembly for increasing the flush rate out of a discharge hole in a tank. The kit has an upper portion with an upper cylindrical wall defining an upper bore and a lower portion with a lower cylindrical wall defining a lower bore. The lower bore is smaller than the upper bore. The upper portion defines an inlet and the lower portion defines an outlet. The upper and lower bores are fluidly connected and collectively define a discharge conduit that extends from the inlet to the outlet. The lower portion is inserted into a discharge hole of like or substantially similar diameter. A flapper is swingable relative to the valve assembly from a closed position abutting the inlet to an open position raised from the inlet. 20090249948AIR-SEPARATION APPARATUS FOR USE IN HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENTS - An air-separation system, useful in high-temperature environments, produces a superheated compressed air stream which is sufficiently cool to be applied to an air-separation membrane. Ambient air is compressed, and then cooled by a fan. The cooled compressed air, after being filtered, is passed through a heat exchanger where it is heated by thermal contact with incoming compressed air. The cooled compressed air thus becomes superheated, and can then be conveyed into a polymeric membrane module without damaging the polymer. A valve enables some of the compressed air to bypass the heat exchanger, thus controlling the degree to which the cooled compressed air stream is heated.10-08-2009
20110107792SHIPBOARD HYBRID SYSTEM FOR MAKING DRY, OIL-FREE, UTILITY AIR AND INERT GAS - A shipboard system provides dry, oil-free utility air and inert gas for use on a marine vessel. A compressor converts ambient air into a pressurized air stream. The air stream is cooled by heat exchange with sea water in the vicinity of the vessel. The air stream is then dried in a dehydration membrane module, and some of the product of the dehydration module is taken for use as utility air. The remainder of the dried air is passed through an air separation module which includes a polymeric membrane. The product of the air separation module includes a nitrogen-enriched gas which is used as an inert gas on the vessel. The compressor is the only mechanically moving component of the system.05-12-2011
