20100100829WALL MODULE CONFIGURATION TOOL - The invention is a system for selecting and previewing a configuration for a wall module before a download of the configuration to the wall module. The configuration may be selected from a set of standard applications or it may be a customized standard application. The configuration may instead be a new application. The configuration may be changed, such as screen segment selection, during a preview of it. A memory usage meter may indicate how much memory is used relative to the amount available in the wall module for the configuration. Also the system may have an autobind to a controller feature for time parameters. New application or customized standard application configurations may be saved to a library for future use.04-22-2010
20100312522METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING SYSTEMIC FAILURES AND ROOT CAUSES OF INCIDENTS - A method and system for identifying systemic failures and a root cause of incidents in a work environment. Failures, causes, and impacts related to a sample of incidents can be investigated in order to identify one or more systemic failures and root causes of the systemic failure(s). The incident details can be utilized to identify one or more root cause manifestation for each root cause of the systemic failure(s). The gaps in an existing system can be analyzed and one or more improvement solutions based on corrective actions can be identified. The improvement solutions with a highest priority can be selected and implemented to address the gaps identified in the current system based on the analysis of systemic failures and root causes. The effectiveness of the improvement solutions can be tracked and monitored to prevent the recurrence of future incidents.12-09-2010
20110199314GESTURES ON A TOUCH-SENSITIVE DISPLAY - A method of showing content on a touch-sensitive display. The method includes showing content on a touch-sensitive display and detecting contact with the touch-sensitive display. The method further includes manipulating the content on the touch-sensitive display based on gestures performed on the touch-sensitive display.08-18-2011
20110199386OVERLAY FEATURE TO PROVIDE USER ASSISTANCE IN A MULTI-TOUCH INTERACTIVE DISPLAY ENVIRONMENT - An example method of displaying items on a touch screen display includes detecting contact with a touch-sensitive display. The method further includes generating a semi-transparent overlay that appears on the display based on the contact with the touch-sensitive display. In other embodiments, the example method includes detecting how many contacts are made with a touch-sensitive display, and generating an overlay that appears on the display, wherein the type of overlay that appears on the display is based on the number of contacts that are made with the touch-sensitive display.08-18-2011
20110199495METHOD OF MANIPULATING ASSETS SHOWN ON A TOUCH-SENSITIVE DISPLAY - A method of manipulating assets on a touch-sensitive display. The method includes showing a camera and a field of view of the camera on the touch-sensitive display. The method further includes detecting contact with the camera or the field of view of the camera on the touch-sensitive display, and manipulating the camera based on a gesture conducted on the camera or the field of view of the camera shown on the touch-sensitive display.08-18-2011
20110199516METHOD OF SHOWING VIDEO ON A TOUCH-SENSITIVE DISPLAY - A method of showing video on a touch-sensitive display. The method includes showing video on a touch-sensitive display and detecting contact with the video on the touch-sensitive display. The method further includes manipulating a camera that is recording the video based on contact with the video on the touch-sensitive display.08-18-2011
20110199517METHOD OF SHOWING VIDEO ON A TOUCH-SENSITIVE DISPLAY - A method of showing video on a touch-sensitive display. The method includes showing video on a touch-sensitive display and detecting contact with the video on the touch-sensitive display. The method further includes manipulating a camera that is recording the video based on contact with the video on the touch-sensitive display.08-18-2011
20110307301DECISION AID TOOL FOR COMPETENCY ANALYSIS - A computer implemented method and system include receiving a trigger in the computer related to job performance in a work environment. The system compares job performance related to the trigger to a worker competency model having behavior indicators of good performance. The comparison of job performance to the worker competency model, behavior indicators, and outcome measures is used to provide an indication of good and poor job performance for a variety of situations. Training, best practices, and effective strategies may also be automatically identified.12-15-2011
