20090013394SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING SINGLE SIGN-ON USER NAMES FOR WEB COOKIES IN A MULTIPLE USER INFORMATION DIRECTORY ENVIRONMENT - A system for providing single sign-on (SSO) user names for Web cookies in a multiple user information directory environment. SSO access to multiple applications is supported in situations where multiple user information directories are deployed, and users may be known by multiple identifiers. Convenient specification is enabled for which of a user's multiple names is to be used in an SSO Web cookie that is passed from application to application to enable SSO operation. The user's SSO Web cookie user name is fully separated conceptually from the user's effective name for any given application within the SSO environment. The SSO Web cookie user name provided by the disclosed system is specified independently from the effective name by which the user is known when operating in the Web application that writes the SSO Web cookie back to the user's computer system. Use of an administratively supplied user name in the SSO Web cookie is facilitated.01-08-2009

20090187454Computer Program Product For Efficient Scheduling Of Meetings - A computer program product for efficient scheduling of meetings including a computer usable medium having a computer readable program, wherein the computer readable program, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to obtain scheduling information of one or more potential meeting participants that includes a work schedule of the one or more potential meeting participants, a work office location of the one or more potential meeting participants during the work schedule, and a remote work schedule of when the one or more potential meeting participants will work remotely from the work office location during the work schedule; and to schedule a meeting based on the scheduling information, wherein a computer-accessible schedule notation of the meeting is created.07-23-2009
20090254619STATUS-BASED FILTERED EMAIL ALERTS - The disclosure is directed to status-based filtered email alerts. A method in accordance with an embodiment includes: obtaining a current availability status of a user; determining whether an email filter is associated with the current availability status of the user, the email filter comprising at least one condition; determining, when an email filter is associated with the current availability status of the user, whether a new email meets each condition of the email filter; and alerting the user of the new email when the new email meets each condition of the email filter.10-08-2009
20090265203USER PRIORITIZED SEARCH ENGINE FOR AUTOMATED MEETING SCHEDULING - The present solution provides a new concept of ranking whereby calendar users will be allowed to prioritize a variety of meeting attributes. For prioritizing their meeting requirements, users can place meeting requirements into one of two lists: “Must/mandatory” and “preferred.” The system will then search for meeting times that satisfy the user's prioritization. The search produces a ranked result set of meeting alternatives. Users see percentage rankings of how well the various meeting alternatives satisfy their Must and preferred requirements, and a summary of proposed meeting logistics for each alternative.10-22-2009
20100162879AUTOMATED GENERATION OF A SONG FOR PROCESS LEARNING - Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to ad hoc music creation to facilitate learning and provide a method, system and computer program product for the automated generation of a song for process learning. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for automated generation of a song for process learning can include loading from fixed storage a process description for transformation into a song intended to facilitate learning of the process by a target listener. The method also can include defining lyrical segments for the process description, selecting a particular melody from a set of melodies stored in fixed storage, and mapping the defined lyrical segments to musical phrases in the particular melody. Finally, the method can include merging pre-recorded audio segments corresponding to the defined lyrical segments with the musical phrases in the particular melody according to the mapping to generate the song.07-01-2010
20110161429AUTOMATED RELATIONSHIP CLASSIFICATION - A method and computer program product for automatically classifying relationships in a social networking or email application is described. A method may comprise associating, via at least one of a client electronic device and a server computer, a first incoming communication type and a first outgoing communication type with a first contact group, and a second incoming communication type and a second outgoing communication type with a second contact group. The method may further comprise monitoring, via at least one of the client electronic device and the server computer, an incoming communication from a contact and an outgoing communication to the contact.06-30-2011
20110307557SELECTIVELY CONTROLLING INFORMATION FLOW IN A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT - Selectively controlling information flow in a collaborative environment implemented by at least one server device includes: receiving in the at least one server device, from a first user of the collaborative environment, a pipeline condition corresponding to a target recipient and a release condition corresponding to the target recipient; and preventing the target recipient, with the at least one server device, from accessing information satisfying the pipeline condition posted by the first user to the collaborative environment until the release condition has been satisfied.12-15-2011
