20090015077LINEAR MOTOR - In prior art linear motor, magnetic attractive force acts in one direction between armature and moving member, imposing heavy burden on a supporting mechanism of the moving member, distorting the structure and causing various troubles. Furthermore, permanent magnets' surface is difficult to protect. The inventive linear motor includes a stator having armature winding and moving member having permanent magnets arranged to move relatively. The stator includes ring-like cores, armature teeth and armature winding to constitute a magnetic circuit. Slit grooves are disposed in the armature teeth opposite to both of obverse and reverse sides of the permanent magnets of the moving member through air gap and protrusion members movable along the slit grooves of the armature teeth and a member having a hollow part formed therein are provided. The permanent magnets are disposed in the hollow part so that magnetic poles adjoining along the moving direction have different polarities.01-15-2009
20090026847LINEAR MOTOR - In prior art linear motor, large burden is applied to a mechanism for supporting a moving member because magnetic attracting force acts in one direction between armature and moving member and the structure is distorted to cause various troubles. In inventive linear motor, a stator having armature winding and moving member having permanent magnets are arranged to move relatively. The linear motor stator includes a ring-shaped core, armature teeth and armature winding to form a magnetic circuit. Slit grooves are formed in armature teeth opposed to both of front and rear surfaces of the permanent magnets of the moving member with an air gap defined between stator and moving member. Projected members movable along the slit grooves of the armature teeth are provided on the permanent magnet surfaces. Thus magnetic attracting force can be canceled and the member having the permanent magnets can have a high rigidity.01-29-2009
20090026848LINEAR MOTOR - In prior art linear motor, since magnetic attractive force acts in one direction between an armature and a moving member, heavy burden is imposed on a supporting mechanism of the moving member, distorting the structure and causing various troubles. Inventive linear motor includes a stator having armature winding and moving member having permanent magnets arranged to move relatively. The linear motor stator includes rink-like cores, armature teeth and armature winding to constitute a magnetic circuit. Slit grooves are disposed in the armature teeth opposite to both of the obverse and reverse sides of the permanent magnets of the moving member through air gap and protrusion members movable along the slit grooves of the armature teeth and a member having the permanent magnets include a part in contact with other members, the part being made of material having high endurance.01-29-2009
20090051227LINEAR MOTOR - In prior art linear motor, a large burden is applied to a mechanism for supporting a moving member because a magnetic attracting force acts in one direction between armature and moving member and the structure is distorted to cause various troubles. In an inventive linear motor, a stator having an armature winding and a moving member having permanent magnets are arranged to be moved relatively. The stator of the linear motor includes a ring-shaped core, armature teeth and the armature winding to form a magnetic circuit. Slit grooves are formed in armature teeth opposed to both of front and rear surfaces of the permanent magnets of the moving member with an air gap defined between the stator and the moving member. A member holding the plurality of permanent magnets has holes for allowing a medium to enter or exit.02-26-2009
20090096297Linear motor, drive stage, and XY drive stage - A linear motor is provided in which a magnetic attracting force acting between a stator and a mover is mechanically cancelled by arrangement of armature units, and can be easily assembled. The linear motor includes a primary-side member in which magnets are arranged in a traveling direction and a secondary-side member in which armature units each including a core and an armature winding are arranged in the traveling direction and in which a spacer is interposed between the armature units. The primary- and secondary-side members relatively move. When a side-surface member is slid in Y direction, the dovetail groove of the side-surface member and the dovetail tenon of the spacer are fitted together, and are combined together in a dovetail joint. When an upper-surface member is slid in the X direction, the dovetail groove and tenon are fitted together to have a dovetail joint there. The armature units and the spacers are combined together. A driving stage and an XY driving stage including this linear motor are also provided.04-16-2009
20090192013Hybrid Vehicle - An object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid vehicle having a simple system configuration.07-30-2009
20100164422VARIABLE MAGNETIC FLUX ELECTRIC ROTARY MACHINE - An electric rotary machine is disclosed which can adjust relative angles of sub-rotors continuously and regardless of torque direction without generating an attractive force between the field magnets of the sub-rotors. The electric rotary machine includes: a stator having a winding; a dual rotor which is rotatably disposed with a gap from the stator and divided axially along a shaft into a first rotor and a second rotor each having field magnets with different polarities arranged alternately in a rotation direction; a mechanism for varying the axial position of the second rotor relative to the first rotor continuously; and a non-magnetic member located between the first rotor and the second rotor.07-01-2010

20090302693Linear Motor - A linear motor includes a stator having an armature winding and a mover having permanent magnets, the stator and the mover arranged to be movable relatively, the stator forming a magnetic circuit including ring-form cores, armature teeth and the armature winding in order to prevent a large load from acting on a support mechanism of the mover to cause various troubles due to distortion of a structure when one-directional magnetic attraction acts between an armature and the mover. Slit grooves are disposed in the armature teeth opposite to both front and back sides of the permanent magnets of the mover through gap and protruding members capable of being moved along the slit grooves of the armature teeth are disposed on the surface of the permanent magnets, so that the magnetic attraction is canceled and the rigidity of members made of the permanent magnets is enhanced.12-10-2009
