20120024551Support apparatus for securing a wing plow - A support apparatus is disclosed for securing a material moving wing plow relative to a vehicle. The support apparatus includes a beam having a first and a second end, the beam being rigidly secured to the vehicle. A plate having a first and a second extremity is rigidly secured to the beam. A first trailing link is pivotally secured to the plate about a first pivotal axis. A second trailing link is pivotally secured to the plate about a second pivotal axis. A support arm is provided for supporting the wing plow. The support arm has a first termination and a second termination and is pivotally secured to the first trailing link about a third pivotal axis. Also, the support arm is pivotally secured to the second trailing link about a fourth pivotal axis. The first, second, third and fourth pivotal axes are spaced and parallel relative to each other so that when the vehicle moves in a forward direction, the third and fourth pivotal axes trail behind the first and second pivotal axes relative to the forward direction of the vehicle. The arrangement is such that during a plowing operation, the wing plow supported by the support arm moves smoothly over the material being moved so that a potentially dangerous diving of the wing plow into the material in a vicinity of the support arm is avoided.02-02-2012

The mask head strap may be configured to be positioned around a subject's head and coupled to the mask latch such that rotation of the mask latch about the axis and relative to the mask base adjusts the mask head strap.01-07-2010
20120022583Surgical Tool with Crossbar Lever - A crossbar lever of a surgical tool has a bridge portion which extends forward and a transverse portion. The bridge portion is retained between the second and third fingers of the surgeon's hand, and this retention establishes greater control and stability of the surgical tool. The crossbar lever pivots relative to a handgrip of a handle assembly and a shaft assembly extends from the handle assembly. Tissue contacting or manipulating devices such as jaws are located at the forward end of the shaft assembly. The surgical tool is particularly useful in performing minimally invasive surgical procedures.01-26-2012
20120022584Jaw Movement Mechanism and Method for a Surgical Tool - A jaw movement mechanism for surgical tools has improved mechanical efficiency and other advantages. The jaw movement mechanism controls the orientation and position of a movable jaw relative to a fixed jaw through a range of movement of the movable jaw. The jaws maintain a parallel orientation throughout a portion of the range of movement of the movable jaw. The jaws maintain an angular relationship throughout a portion of the range of movement of the movable jaw.01-26-2012

20100006552Method And Apparatus For Short Arc Welding - A short circuit arc welding system is disclosed. The control scheme uses a current command signal comprised of a long-term current command that sets the long-term current command level and a real-time or short-by-short current command to drive the output current. Feedback is used to determine if the desired arc length is present and to adjust the long-term command. The short-by-short current command is derived from real-time arc current feedback and is used to control the burn-off rate by adjustment of the current command. The short being about to clear is detected in real time. When the process is ending a very low current level is provided to avoid forming a ball. If a short is created, after the low current level, a burst of energy is provided to clear of burn off the short. After the short is cleared, very low current is again provided to avoid forming a large ball, until the wire stops and the process ends.01-14-2010
