20090221105MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE - In mass production of CMIS integrated circuit devices or the like, electric characteristics, such as Vth (threshold voltage) or the like, disadvantageously vary due to variations in gate length of the MISFET. This problem has become serious because of a short channel effect. In order to solve the problem, various kinds of feed-forward techniques have been studied in which a subsequent variation factor process is regulated to be reversed with respect to variations in a previous variation factor process so as to cause these variation factors to cancel each other out. Since the feed-back technique has an effect of the cancellation process over the entire system, the technique can be relatively easily applied to a product with a single type of MISFE, but is difficult to be applied to a product equipped with a plurality of types of MISFETs. The invention is adapted to adjust the amount of halo implantation by multivariate analysis based on the result of a patterning step of the gate electrode and a film forming step of an offset spacer.09-03-2009

20100193438CERAMIC POROUS MEMBRANE AND CERAMIC FILTER - There are disclosed a ceramic porous membrane formed with less membrane formation times and having less defects, a small and uniform thickness and a high flux, and a ceramic filter. A silica membrane is formed on a titania UF membrane as an ultrafiltration membrane (a UF membrane) formed on a porous base member which is a microfiltration membrane (also referred to as an MF membrane) and having an average pore diameter smaller than that of the porous base member, and the silica membrane has an average pore diameter smaller than that of the titania UF membrane, and does not substantially permeates the titania UF membrane.08-05-2010
20100300960CERAMIC FILTER - There is provided a ceramic filter provided with a ceramic porous membrane having few defects, small and uniform membrane thickness, and high resolution performance. The ceramic filter includes; a porous substrate 12-02-2010

20120073849VARIABLE AMPLITUDE VIBRATORY APPLIANCE - A vibratory appliance includes a tool driven to oscillate by a rotary electric motor. A shaft supported, at an intermediate portion by a pivot, is driven by an orbital drive mechanism. The orbital drive mechanism includes a rotor rotated about a rotor axis by the motor, an elongate part, and a coupler. The elongate part and the coupler are each fixed to a respective one of the inner end and the rotor. The elongate part and the coupler are mutually connected for sliding movement relative to one another, between first and second relative positions in which the inner end orbits about the rotor axis at first and second orbital radii, respectively, to vary the amplitude of oscillation of the tool.03-29-2012

20090071378Ultra high strength fiber-reinforced cement composition, ultra high strength fiber-reinforced mortar or concrete and ultra high strength cement additives - Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide highly general purpose ultra high strength fiber-reinforced mortar or concrete that shows a higher fluidity (workability) at the fresh state, a higher bending strength with a less content of metal fiber by enhancing both the absolute value of the compressive strength of mortar -matrix excluding metal fiber and the ratio of the bending strength relative to the compressive strength simultaneously at the hardened state, and acceptability of fine aggregate being used in ordinary ready-mixed concrete. An ultra high strength fiber-reinforced cement composition is characterized in that it contains cement, silica fume, coal gasification fly ash, gypsum and metal fiber and that the mass ratio of silica fume : coal gasification fly ash is 95 through 50 portions: 5 through 50 portions. Ultra high strength fiber-reinforced mortar or concrete contains such a cement composition and fine aggregate. An ultra high strength cement additives is characterized in that it contains silica fume, coal gasification fly ash and gypsum as principal ingredients and the mass ratio of silica fume: coal gasification fly ash is 95 through 50 portions: 5 through 50 portions.03-19-2009
