| 20110141209 | IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS - An image forming apparatus, includes a liquid jet head; a container main body; an air opening mechanism configured to open and close an air opening path in the container main body. The air opening mechanism includes a holding part, and an opening member movably provided at the holding part. The opening member includes an air communicating path, a filter member, and an air room. An opening cross-sectional area of the air room in a direction perpendicular to an air flow-in direction is greater than an opening cross-sectional area of the air communicating path in a direction perpendicular to an air flow-in direction. | 06-16-2011 |

| 20090085086 | CAPACITIVE ELECTRODE HAVING SEMICONDUCTOR LAYERS WITH AN INTERFACE OF SEPARATED GRAIN BOUNDARIES - The present invention relates to a structure of a capacitor, in particular using niobium pentoxide, of a semiconductor capacitor memory device. Since niobium pentoxide has a low crystallization temperature of 600° C. or less, niobium pentoxide can suppress the oxidation of a bottom electrode and a barrier metal by heat treatment. However, according to heat treatment at low temperature, carbon incorporated from CVD sources into the film is not easily oxidized or removed. Therefore, a problem that leakage current increases arises. As an insulator film of a capacitor, a layered film composed of niobium pentoxide film and a tantalum pentoxide film, or a layered film composed of niobium pentoxide films is used. By the use of the niobium pentoxide film, the dielectric constant of the capacitor can be made high and the crystallization temperature can be made low. By multiple-stage formation of the dielectric film, leakage current can be decreased. | 04-02-2009 |

| 20100239879 | IRON POWDER FOR DUST CORES - Since a surface of an iron powder is covered with an oxide film composed of a Si-based oxide in which the ratio of Si to Fe satisfies Si/Fe≧0.8 on an atomic number basis, an iron powder for dust cores is provided which can be formed into a dust core having a high resistivity and hence having a low iron loss without degrading the mechanical strength. | 09-23-2010 |

| 20100150768 | METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL POWDER FOR DUST CORE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DUST CORE - A pure iron powder of a diameter of 10 to 500 μm and a purity of 99% by mass or more is heated to a temperature in the range of 600 to 1400° C., and a Si-concentrated layer is formed in regions within a depth of 5 μm from the surfaces of the powder particles by gas-phase reaction at a temperature of that range. The average Si concentration in the regions within this depth is controlled in the range of 0.05% to 2% by mass. Thus, a dust core metal powder enhancing the adhesion of insulating material to the particle without degrading compressibility is produced. The resulting dust core maintains a high saturation magnetic flux density and exhibits a low iron loss. | 06-17-2010 |
