20090090398ENDOSCOPE WASHER DISINFECTOR EQUIPPED WITH NOZZLE CONNECTABLE TO ENDOSCOPIC CHANNELS AUTOMATICALLY - In an endoscope washer disinfector, a bath comprises a mounting plane on which an endoscope with a duct is mounted and a wall member. A connector has two ends consisting of one end located to penetrate through the wall member and to be secured watertightly to the wall member. The one end faces an opening of the duct of the endoscope mounted in the bath. The other end is connected to a fluid source storing fluid for washing and disinfecting the endoscope. A nozzle is movable in the connector along an inner passage thereof and moved toward the one end of the connector to protrude from the one end to realize a watertight and detachable connection with the opening of the duct. The fluid is supplied to the duct when the fluid is supplied from the fluid source.04-09-2009
20090119856ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS - An endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus includes an apparatus main body equipped with a washing bath in which an endoscope is mounted; a nozzle unit provided so as to face a connector portion of an endoscope conduit provided in the endoscope mounted in the washing bath, to which fluid within the apparatus main body is supplied so that the nozzle unit advances due to pressure of the fluid, and which supplies the fluid to inside the endoscope conduit by connecting to the connector portion; and an automatic brush mechanism that is provided in the apparatus main body and that carries out brushing and cleaning within the endoscope conduit by introducing a cleaning brush into the endoscope conduit through the nozzle unit and moving the cleaning brush forward and rearward.05-14-2009
20090158539ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS AND LEAK DETECTION METHOD PERFORMED BY THE APPARATUS - An endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus includes: a connecting portion connected to a bending transmitting portion of an endoscope to transmit driving force; a distal end driving portion for transmitting the driving force to the bending transmitting portion through the connecting portion; a fluid supplying unit for supplying gas into an inner space of the endoscope; and a control unit for controlling a pressure detecting portion for detecting pressure in the inner space and the distal end driving portion to provide the bending portion with bending motion, and for determining occurrence or nonoccurrence of water leak in the endoscope by comparing the pressure detected by the pressure detecting portion and a preset threshold.06-25-2009
20090205687WASHING TUBE AND ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS - A washing tube of the present invention is a washing tube for supplying a washing and disinfecting fluid to an endoscope conduit of an endoscope placed in an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus, includes: a tube body, one end of which is connected to fluid supply sections of the endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus for sending a fluid, a connector section disposed at the other end of the tube body and loosely and detachably fitted to a base of the endoscope conduit, a sealing member that is provided inside the connector section and comes into close contact with the base to keep the base and the connector section connected in a watertight manner, a valve body that moves forward by a liquid sending pressure of the supplied fluid and a biasing member provided inside the connector section for biasing the valve body backward.08-20-2009
20090220377ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS AND ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING METHOD - An endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus includes: a fluid supply unit that supplies fluid for washing and disinfecting; an electromagnetic valve provided in each of a plurality of connecting channels which are connected to a plurality of channels of an endoscope; a single flow rate meter provided between the fluid supply unit and the electromagnetic valve; and a flow rate limiting section for limiting flow rate so that the flow rate falls within a flow rate measurement range in which flow rate measurement by the flow rate meter is possible; or a flow rate padding section for padding a flow rate with a flow rate that can be detected by the flow rate meter; or a flow rate diverting section for diverting part of flow rate that flows to the flow rate meter through a bypass channel.09-03-2009
20100022839ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF WASHING ENDOSCOPE USING ENDOSCOPE WASHING AND DISINFECTING APPARATUS - An endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus of the present invention includes an air pump supplying a gas to an endoscope channel included by an endoscope, a faucet supplying a liquid into the endoscope channel, a channel connectable to a mouthpiece of the endoscope channel included by the endoscope and supplying at least one of a gas or a liquid to the endoscope channel, and an injector converting the liquid into a liquid droplet, mixing the liquid droplet into the gas flowing in the channel with the size of the liquid droplet changeable, and thereby supplying gas-liquid two-phase flow in which the liquid droplet is mixed at a set ratio into the gas into the endoscope channel through the channel.01-28-2010
20110097248ENDOSCOPE AUTOMATIC CLEANING/DISINFECTING APPARATUS - A control section reads data such as a conduit diameter and a conduit length of an endoscope and a cleaning profile which are separately recorded in a storage section based on type information of the endoscope registered in the storage section. A cleaning degree suited to the endoscope is estimated by calculation based on a pressure value and a flow rate value which are measured, the diameter and the length of the conduit to be cleaned, and the cleaning profile.04-28-2011
20110232700ENDOSCOPE CLEANING INSTRUMENT AND ENDOSCOPE CLEANING APPARATUS - An endoscope cleaning instrument and an endoscope cleaning apparatus are provided that have a simple configuration and that can be manufactured easily and at a low cost. An endoscope cleaning instrument of the invention cleans a distal end portion of an endoscope by ejecting a fluid fed from a fluid supply section towards a side face and a front face of the distal end portion. The endoscope cleaning instrument includes a connection portion that is attachable to and detachable from the fluid supply section; at least one tubular portion that has a tube shape including an inner circumferential portion and an outer circumferential portion and that can introduce the fluid supplied from the fluid supply section via the connection portion into an inner space enclosed by the inner circumferential portion, and that is provided so as to enclose an outer space that can accommodate the distal end portion by means of at least a part of the outer circumferential portion; and through-holes that include a plurality of first through-holes that are provided in the tubular portion so as to connect the inner space and the outer space and that open towards the side face of the distal end portion accommodated in the outer space, and a plurality of second through-holes that are provided in the tubular portion so as to connect the inner space and the outer space and that open towards the front face of the distal end portion accommodated in the outer space.09-29-2011
