| 20080258859 | Load Control Device Having A Flexible Connector - A load control device has a modular assembly to allow for easy adjustment of the aesthetic and the color of the load control device after installation. The load control device comprises a user interface module and a base module. The user interface module includes an actuation member for receiving a user input and a visual display for providing feedback to the user. A connector of the base module is adapted to be coupled to a connector of the user interface module, such that the base module and the user interface module are electrically connected. The connector of the base module is adapted to move along a longitudinal axis and a lateral axis of the dimmer, such that the actuation member is easily aligned within an opening of a faceplate. | 10-23-2008 |

| 20110110831 | MULTI-STAGE CRYSTALLIZATION APPARATUS AND METHOD - A crystallizer system for forming solid crystals includes a vessel defining a cylindrical sidewall, a sparge device located at a bottom of the vessel, a plurality of impellers attached to a shaft, and a plurality of redistribution funnel assemblies vertically spaced apart. Each funnel assembly may be positioned underneath a respective impeller of the plurality of impellers. Each funnel assembly may include a funnel, a disc attached to the shaft such that the disc rotates with the impellers, and a channel extending radially inward from a location near the sidewall. The channel may be adapted to direct gas bubbles from the sidewall to a location near blade outer edges of the respective impeller A lower edge of the funnel and the disc may define a lower gap therebetween, such that solid particles falling from within the funnel are directed out of the lower gap when the disc is rotated. | 05-12-2011 |

| 20100224332 | Splice Structure for Aligning Two Portions of a Drapery Track - A drapery system comprises an elongated track having two track portions and an elongated rectangular splice structure for coupling the two track portions together. Each track portion has a splice channel and at least one track hole located in the splice channel. The splice structure has at least two splice holes extending through the splice structure and is adapted to be received within the splice channels. Screws are received through the splice holes and extend into the track holes in a direction perpendicular to the splice structure. The distance between the two splice holes is less than the distance between the two track holes when the two track portions are aligned adjacent each other and the screws are not installed. Each of the screws contacts an edge of the respective track hole to provide a longitudinal force on the respective track portion when the screws are installed in the splice holes and track holes, such that the track portions are forced together. | 09-09-2010 |

| 20090195386 | Electronic article surveillance marker - A fabrication process produces markers for a magnetomechanical electronic article surveillance system. The marker includes a magnetomechanical element comprising one or more resonator strips of magnetostrictive amorphous metal alloy; a housing having a cavity sized and shaped to accommodate the resonator strips for free mechanical vibration therewithin; and a non-deactivatable bias magnet adapted to magnetically bias the magnetomechanical element. The process employs adaptive control of the cut length of the resonator strips, correction of the length being based on deviation of the actual marker resonant frequency from a preselected, target marker frequency. Use of adaptive, feedback control advantageously results in a much tighter distribution of actual resonant frequencies. Also provided is a web-fed press for continuously producing such markers with adaptive control of the resonator strip length. | 08-06-2009 |
