20090071933ETCHING PROCESSES USED IN MEMS PRODUCTION - The efficiency of an etching process may be increased in various ways, and the cost of an etching process may be decreased. Unused etchant may be isolated and recirculated during the etching process. Etching byproducts may be collected and removed from the etching system during the etching process. Components of the etchant may be isolated and used to general additional etchant. Either or both of the etchant or the layers being etched may also be optimized for a particular etching process.03-19-2009

20090264003CONNECTOR HAVING A SLEEVE MEMBER - A connector assembly configured to sealably engage with a mating connector. The connector assembly includes a plug assembly that has a mating end configured to be inserted into the cavity of the mating connector. The connector assembly also includes a collar that surrounds the plug assembly. The connector assembly also includes a sleeve member that is positioned between the collar and the plug assembly. The sleeve member surrounds the plug assembly about the central axis and includes a plurality of fingers that extend toward the mating end. The sleeve member is stamped and formed from a common piece of sheet material. The fingers are biased away from the central axis in a flared arrangement when the collar is in the withdrawn position. The lingers press against the wall surface of the mating connector when the collar is moved from the withdrawn position to the locked position.10-22-2009

20110086555ELECTRICAL TERMINAL BLOCKS AND ASSEMBLIES THEREOF - An electrical terminal block including a mating face and a loading surface that are spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal axis. The mating face extends along a lateral axis. The terminal block also includes first and second sidewalls that face in opposite directions and extend between the mating face and the loading surface. Each of the first and second sidewalls includes a wing member that projects therefrom along the lateral axis and a recess configured to receive a wing member from another terminal block. The wing members and the recesses have matching complementary cross-sections taken along the longitudinal axis such that the wing member on the first sidewall of one terminal block is slidably and securely received within the recess on the second sidewall of another terminal block.04-14-2011

20110305545System and Method for High-Volume Filling of Pharmaceutical Prescriptions - A method of retrieving a vial from a carrier includes the steps of: contacting a vial contained within a carrier with a gripper assembly to shift the position of the container to one end of the carrier and to adjust the position of the carrier on a platform from a diverted position to a retrieval position; lifting the vial from the carrier with the gripper assembly; and returning the vial to the carrier with the gripper assembly. Such a method can improve the accuracy and precision of moving the vial to and from the carrier for dispensing.12-15-2011
