20080266125Method for Actively Monitoring Pipelines - The invention relates to a method for actively monitoring pipelines guiding pressurized media and consumers, which are connected to the respective pipeline or pipeline system, by means of differential pressure measurement. According to the invention, monitoring occurs as to whether permanent and quasi-constant consumption takes place during a specific time period, preferably at the transfer point or behind the point of transfer between the supply device and consumer connection in a continuous manner or in predetermined cycles. If this is the case, it is possible to deduce an abnormal state, e.g. a leak, and an alarm is triggered or the downstream pipeline system is blocked. A series connection, consisting of a first pressure sensor, an electrically or hydraulically actuatable valve and a second sensor, is provided on the device side at or behind the transfer point between the supply device and consumer connection, wherein a control electronics system is connected to the pressure sensors and the valve actuation device, in order to produce an error signal when a decrease in pressure has been recognized per time unit after the valve has been blocked in a controlled manner.10-30-2008

20080289106AUTOMATICALLY CORRECTING THE POSITION OF A PATIENT SUPPORT FOR A TARGETED IRRADIATION OF A PATIENT - A method for automatically correcting the position of a patient support for a targeted irradiation of a patient is provided. The patient support correction is carried out according to patient data. A patient support deformation occurring as a result of the positioning the patient on the couch is calculated from the patient data. The position of the patient couch is then adjusted according to the calculated patient support deformation for a targeted irradiation. The method enables a more accurate irradiation of patient.11-27-2008
20090175421C-ARM HAVING A RADIOGRAPHIC SOURCE AND A HEAT PUMP - An x-ray device is provided. The x-ray device includes a C-arm, on which a radiographic source and a heat pump are arranged. At least sections of the C-arm are hollow, such that at least sections of the radiographic source and the heat pump are arranged inside the C-arm.07-09-2009
20090180592C-ARM MOUNTED ON A ROBOTIC ARM - An x-ray device is provided. The x-ray device includes a C-arm that may be rotatably mounted on a robotic arm. A radiation source and a radiation detector may be arranged on the C-arm. The interior of the C-arm, which is hollow at least in sections, is accessible from at least one access side to allow at least a part of the electronic components used to operate the radiation source and the radiation detector to be integrated in the interior of the arm.07-16-2009
20090185662C-ARM MOUNTED ON A ROBOTIC ARM - An X-ray apparatus is provided. The X-ray apparatus includes a C-arm mounted on a robotic arm that is operable to be rotated about an axis of rotation. A radiation source and a radiation detector are arranged on the C-arm. The distance between the radiation source and radiation detector may be varied by a lifting device. The radiation source may be moved longitudinally relative to the radiation detector, or vice versa. The C-arm may include two arm sections that can be moved relative to one another by a lifting device. The radiation source is arranged on the one arm section and the radiation receiver is arranged on the other arm section.07-23-2009

20090096274ATTACHMENT DEVICE - A vehicular seat trim cover attachment device having a plurality of female attachment portions interconnected to one another by at least one connecting portion. The attachment device is preferably flexible in at least two independent planes. Each female attachment portion has a receptacle portion and a base portion. Each base portion is connected to the connecting portion. Each base portion has a lateral dimension greater than a lateral dimension of the receptacle portion. At least a portion of the connecting portion is disposed in an exoplanar relationship with respect to a pair of female attachment portions that have substantially coplanar base portions. Preferably, the connecting portion extends below the bottom surfaces of the adjacent base portions.04-16-2009
