20090207690MULTI-SIZE MIXER - A gyroscopic paint mixer having a rotatable frame with a clamp lock providing automatic transfer from an unclamping to a clamping condition, providing silent operation through the use of one way clutches, the mixer also having a vertical stop apparatus coupled to an access door for stopping and holding the rotatable frame in an upright position, the mixer also having a bail retainer supported by a carriage assembly mounted for rotation on a clamp plate with a cam urging the bail retainer to the side of the frame when the bail retainer is released from the paint container with the paint container in an upright position in the rotatable frame.08-20-2009
20090316521POUNDING STATION - A paint mixer support and tray apparatus providing a pounding station for reclosing a paint container having friction fit lid. The support allows for vertically supporting up to two paint mixers, each supported on a separate horizontal plate. The tray is movable between a horizontal operating position wherein the paint container may be placed on the tray and the lid pounded down against the container, and a vertical storage position wherein the tray is pivoted up out of the way, where it may rest against a paint mixer, retained there by magnets. In the absence of an upper paint mixer, the tray may be further pivoted to rest against the upper plate resulting in a shipping position for the tray and stand. The tray may have a pair of arms in contact with the stand to support the tray in the operating position.12-24-2009

20110108071MOTOR-BASE ASSEMBLY CLEANING - An apparatus and associated method are provided for treating a workpiece with a cryogenic impingement fluid. A fixture supports the workpiece in an upright position and operably connects an electrical component of the workpiece to a power source in the supported position. A cryogenic impingement fluid applicator sprays a stream of the cryogenic impingement fluid against the supported workpiece and laterally moves the stream in accordance with a predetermined path. A shield deflects the stream of cryogenic impingement fluid to prevent the stream from contacting at least a part of the workpiece as the stream is moved along the predetermined path.05-12-2011

20090259337Robot Position Calibration Tool (RPCT) - A Robot Position Calibration Tool (RPCT) is used to accurately calibrate a robot position for a reticle hand-off to a transfer station in a lithography tool with minimized particle generation and outgassing. Method(s), system(s) and computer program product(s) are described to calibrate the robot with minimal sensor usage and minimal slippage of a payload leading to minimized particle generation and outgassing inside a vacuum chamber of a lithography tool.10-15-2009
20110020104RAPID EXCHANGE DEVICE FOR LITHOGRAPHY RETICLES - Provided is a method and apparatus for moving and exchanging reticles within a vacuum lithographic system with minimum particle generation and outgassing. In an example of the method, a first arm of a rotational exchange device (RED) receives a first baseplate holding a first reticle. A second arm of the RED supports and buffers a second baseplate. The first and second baseplates are located substantially equidistant from an axis of rotation of the RED.01-27-2011
20110032505Robot For In-Vacuum Use - A robot positions a workpiece within a vacuum chamber of a lithographic apparatus. A first component of the robot is located within a vacuum chamber to position a workpiece along a translational axis. A shaft supports the first component such that an axis of symmetry of the shaft is perpendicular to the translational axis, and a second component rotates the shaft about the axis of symmetry and moves the shaft in a direction parallel to the axis of symmetry. The second component includes a gas bearing configured to introduce gas along a circumferential surface of the shaft and a scavenging seal configured to evacuate the gas introduced by the second component gas bearing. The robot substantially reduces, or eliminates the out-gassing of hydrocarbon molecules in a range from about 0 to 200 a.m.u., thus rendering the robot suitable for use in extreme ultra-violet (EUV) photolithography applications.02-10-2011

20090283546Screw-type metered dispenser with feed-containing piston drive mechanism - A metered dispenser includes a housing including a reciprocable piston drive stem including an inlet opening at a first end thereof, a floating piston at a second end, and a passage between the first and second ends. An inlet valve is provided adjacent the first end for permitting entry of liquid product into the passage. A biased cocking mechanism is reciprocally disposed substantially within the housing. A biased loading mechanism is movable in a second generally opposite direction by the cocking mechanism, and is engageable with the piston drive stem to move the drive stem in the second direction. When the cocking mechanism is moved from an initial rest position toward the second direction, a series of operations allow the loading mechanism to project the drive stem in the first direction to dispense a metered dose of liquid product through a discharge orifice provided adjacent the second end.11-19-2009
