| 20080286599 | Method and Device for Producing Metal Panels with a Pattern - The invention relates to a device and method for producing metal panels. First a metal melt is produced, then a substrate, which has a lower temperature than the metal melt, is brought into contact with it so that some of the metal melt crystallises on the substrate. The substrate is then moved relative to the metal melt so that a metal foil is formed on the substrate. Finally the metal foil is divided into metal panels. According to the invention the substrate comprises grooves which are used to fit partitions between the panels, as well as grooves which are filled with liquid metal. The latter grooves provide a reinforcement for the metal panels. In addition a pattern of recesses and/or elevations can be provided in the substrate so that the same pattern is formed in the metal foil. The pattern may consist, for example, of parallel grooves which ensure that the surface of the foil is enlarged. In the case of solar cells this results in greater efficiency. | 11-20-2008 |

| 20080320129 | METHOD OF SPECIFYING A MONITORING CRITERION FOR A PARAMETER OF AN OBJECT IN AN OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - The invention relates to a method of specifying a monitoring criterion for a parameter of an object in an operational management system. The method in accordance with the invention comprises the step of assigning first information to the parameter, wherein the first information is associated with a first priority. In a further step, the first information is employed as monitoring criterion for the parameter if no further information associated with a priority higher than the first priority is assigned to the parameter. | 12-25-2008 |

| 20110154367 | DOMAIN EVENT CORRELATION - A system is provided for dynamically identifying and correlating network domain events. The system includes a network domain and a plurality of managed objects in the network domain. A management server is in communication with the managed objects. The management server can receive domain events from at least one of the managed objects. A management module on the management server maintains a topology of managed objects in the network domain. A rule knowledge base is in communication with the management server. The rule knowledge base includes correlation rules for identifying and correlating domain events. A correlation module utilizes a processor to correlate the domain events with the topology using the correlation rules to identify an interaction between the managed objects and the domain events. | 06-23-2011 |

| 20080203798 | Recliner Mechanism - A recliner mechanism for a vehicle seat is provided. The recliner mechanism includes a first mounting part and a second mounting part forming a housing with an interior and being arranged on a common shaft. The recliner mechanism further includes a latching device arranged in the interior of the housing. The latching device has a latching pawl and a holding and adjusting member. The latching pawl is able to be adjusted to a locked position relative to the first mounting part. The holding and adjusting member is able to be reversibly adjusted from a first position effecting the locked position and a second position effecting an unlocked position by rotating the shaft. The holding and adjusting member rotates about a swivel pin that is provided substantially parallel to the shaft and is spaced apart therefrom. | 08-28-2008 |
