| 20110108711 | SINGLE PHOTON SPECTROMETER - A fiberized single photon sensitive spectrometer based on a 32-channel PMT sensor is highly sensitive with broad detection dynamic range. The spectrometer enables accurate and high speed detection, identification and analysis of biological samples labeled with multiple fluorescent markers, such as compositions of multi-color fluorescence signals or radiation emitted by multiple fluorescence dyes. A fiberized optical input of the spectrometer allows an easy and efficient coupling to any measurement system based on fiber collection of the analyzed fluorescence. The spectrometer provides highly accurate DNA sequencing. A 32 channel PMT single photon detector has a detection dynamic range of more than 20 bits and has a frame rate of about 3300 frames per second. The dynamic range of the detector's pixels reaches 10 | 05-12-2011 |

| 20090124018 | MIX FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF THE MEDICINE "GLYCINE TABLETS FOR SUBLINGUAL APPLYING O.1G." AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD - The invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and specifically to mix for quality control of the medicine “Glycine tablets for sublingual applying 0.1” and its preparation method. The method involves process of analysis by dissolution of 2.5 g of porphyrized tablets in 250 ml of purified water and light transmission spectrophotometer examination at a wave length of 700±2 in a cuvet with layer thickness of 10 mm relative to purified water Process of dissolution takes 20 minutes and is carried out at a temperature of 370° C. in the apparatus for dissolving determination at a paddle rotation speed of 150 rpm. After mix is dissolved it is allowed for 10 minutes then there are selected 4 ml for light transmission analysis. Mix for quality control includes water in a ratio 100:1 to porphyrized tablets, containing in one tablet 0.101 g microcapsules of non-agglomerated crystals of amino-acetic acid covered with polymeric film of water-soluble methylcellulose, MC-100 and 0.001 g of magnesium stearate. Mix light transmission coefficient is within the limits of 50 to 70% in comparison with purified water at a wave length 700±2 nm for 4 ml of mix and with layer thickness of 10 mm. | 05-14-2009 |

| 20110014711 | MIX FOR IDENTIFICATION TEST IN THE PROCESS OF QUALITY CONTROL OF THE MEDICINE 'GLYCINE TABLETS FOR SUBLINGUAL APPLYING 0,1G' METHODS OF ITS PREPARATION AND IDENTITY EVALUATION IN THE PROCESS OF QUALITY CONTROL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED MEDICINE - The invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and specifically to mix for identification test in the process of quality control of the medicine ‘Glycine tablets for sublingual applying 0.1 g.’ its preparation method and method of identity evaluation in the process of quality control of the mentioned medicine. There is prepared mix containing 50% ethaπτl and porphyrized tablets in a ratio 100:0.5. The method involves dissolution of 1.25 g of porphyrized tablets in 250 ml of 50% ethanol. Process of dissolution takes 20 minutes and is carried out at a temperature of 400 C in the apparatus for dissolving determination at a paddle rotation speed of 200 rpm. After mix is dissolved it is allowed for 10 minutes RT. Method of identification test includes hydro-alcohol mix preparation using 50% ethanol as described before. Then there are selected 4 ml of the mix for light transmission spectrophotometer analysis at a wave length of 700±2 in a cuvet with layer thickness of 10 mm relative to 50% ethanol. Water mix is prepared by dissolving of 2.5 g of porphyrized tablets in 250 ml, of purified water for 20 minutes at a temperature of 370 C. Experiments with water mix and hydro-alcohol mix are similar. Therefore there is determined difference between light transmission coefficients of water mix and hydro-alcohol mix and the obtained value is compared to the limit of 30 to 50%. | 01-20-2011 |
