20090064532CENTRIFUGAL SWITCH BYPASS FOR REVERSE TUMBLE DRYERS - Systems and methods for bypassing a centrifugal switch are disclosed. The systems may include a bypass relay operatively connected to the heating element and configured to bypass the centrifugal switch prior to the drum reversing rotational direction, and allow the heating element to remain energized during the drum reversing rotational direction. The centrifugal switch bypass circuit further includes a relay hold circuit operatively connected to the bypass relay and configured to cause the bypass relay to continue bypassing the centrifugal switch during the drum reversing rotational direction. The method may include, once the drum begins reversing the rotational direction, utilizing a bypass relay to bypassing the centrifugal switch. Finally, the method may include utilizing a relay hold circuit to cause the bypass relay to continue bypassing the centrifugal switch during reversal of the rotational direction.03-12-2009
20100132218DRYER WITH STATIONARY DRYING CYCLE - Systems and methods for operating a clothes dryer to provide a stationary drying cycle are disclosed. The systems may include a dryer having a drying compartment, a heating element configured to supply heat to the drying compartment and a controller for controlling operation of the dryer. The controller may be configured to cause the drum to remain stationary during the stationary drying cycle, and cause the heating element to supply heat to the drying compartment at a level appropriate for stationary drying. The methods may include receiving, at the controller, a stationary drying cycle setting and receiving, at the controller, an indication to start a drying cycle, wherein the drum remains stationary during the drying cycle.06-03-2010

20100175719ENERGY MANAGEMENT OF DISHWASHER APPLIANCE - A dishwasher is provided comprising one or more power consuming functions and a controller in signal communication with an associated utility. The controller can receive and process a signal from the associated utility indicative of current cost of supplied energy. The controller operates the dishwasher in one of a normal operating mode and an energy savings mode based on the received signal. The controller is configured to change the power consuming functions by adjusting one or more of an operation schedule, an operation delay, an operation adjustment, and a selective deactivation of at least one of the one or more power consuming functions to reduce power consumption of the dishwasher in the energy savings mode.07-15-2010

20100194064UTILITY CART ASSEMBLY - A utility cart assembly comprises a shopping cart, a storage unit, and at least one coupling strap. The shopping cart includes a basket and wheels positioned below the basket. The storage unit is coupled to and extends substantially entirely outside the basket. The storage unit defines a first panel positioned adjacent the basket, a second panel opposite the first panel, and a compartment defined between the first panel and the second panel. The second panel defines an opening and the compartment is accessible through the opening. The at least one coupling strap facilitates coupling of the storage unit to the basket. The storage unit is configured to customize the shopping cart for non-consumer use within a retail store. Other product, cards, assemblies and associated methods are also disclosed.08-05-2010

20090216341Method and System for Providing a User Interface - A method for providing a user interface for an industrial control system. Information is presented at least in part displayed in layers or filters on one or more display screens of a control system. The control system may include other media for presenting or displaying information. The content for the one or more layers, which also provide an interface to a process state or function, is determined based on information available from the control system, dependent on which of the available items of the information shall be visually displayed or otherwise presented prominently, or displayed less prominently, or hidden. An interface, computer programs and a control system are also provided.08-27-2009
20100017746METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A CONTROL SYSTEM USER INTERFACE - A method for providing a user interface for an industrial control system including a computer and a plurality of process graphics including software objects for controlling and/or monitoring real world objects controlled by the control system. A display of selected process graphics, a designated view arranged with a tab or another selector, is automatically generated. The designated view may be generated dependent on selecting one or more logical groupings to which control system software objects representing the real world objects belong. At least one tab on a designated view, or an active link, is arranged to display a small visual representation of a second process graphic to which it is linked on detection of a computer input on or near the at least one tab, or link.01-21-2010
20100050103Method And System For Generating A Control System User Interface - A method for providing a user interface for an industrial control system includes a computer and a plurality of process graphics having software objects for controlling and/or monitoring real world objects controlled by the control system. A display of selected process graphics, a designated view arranged with a tab or other selection mechanisms, is automatically generated. The designated view is generated dependent on selecting one or more logical groupings to which control system software objects representing the real world objects belong.02-25-2010
20100107108METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A CONTROL SYSTEM USER INTERFACE - A method for providing navigation in a user interface for an industrial control system including a computer, a display device, a plurality of process graphics, and at least one user interface. A plurality of software objects are displayed for use in controlling and/or monitoring of real world objects controlled by the control system. One or more designated views are generated providing navigation between members of a group of context-related process graphics. Each process graphic with a designated view is a member of a predetermined group of process graphics, where each designated view includes one or more tabs directly linked to other members of the predetermined group in the industrial control system. A system and computer program for carrying out the method are described.04-29-2010
