20110032348DEFECT MONITORING IN SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE FABRICATION - A method of forming a device is presented. The method includes providing a substrate containing at least a partially formed device thereon. The device comprises at least one defect site. A pixilated image of the defect site is acquired, and each pixel comprises a grey level value (GLV). Surrounding noises of the defect site is eliminated. A point of the image is identified as the center of the defect. A plurality of iterations to exclude outer edge pixels surrounding the center of the defect image is performed. The defect is categorized as a killer or non-killer defect.02-10-2011
20110114949TEST CHIPLETS FOR DEVICES - A method of forming a device is disclosed. The method includes providing a substrate on which the device is formed. It also includes forming a test cell on the substrate. The test cell includes a defect programmed into the cell to facilitate defect detection.05-19-2011
20110116085DEFECT DETECTION RECIPE DEFINITION - A method of forming a device is disclosed. The method includes providing a substrate and processing a layer of the device on the substrate. The layer is inspected with an inspection tool for defects. The inspection tool is programmed with an inspection recipe determined from studying defects programmed into the layer at known locations.05-19-2011

20090113320Method and Apparatus for Generating a Graphical Interface to Enable Local or Remote Access to an Application Having a Command Line Interface - A method and apparatus are disclosed for generating a graphical interface for software applications having a command line interface to enable local or remote access of such software applications in a uniform manner without regard to the location of the remote application. The location and syntax of a new software application, and any required environment settings, are specified in response to a sequence of queries. The specifications for each software application is parsed to generate a graphical client interface listing the available software applications and enabling remote access to such software applications. A desired software application is selected by a user from the client interface and the user specifies any necessary parameters for the selected software application. An input file is transferred from the client to the remote server where the selected software application is located. Any output or log files are returned to the client, for example, using the FTP protocol. The client interface permits distributed processing through a web interface and enables software applications to be accessed and used from a remote location.04-30-2009

20100114588METHODS AND SYSTEM TO MANAGE PATIENT INFORMATION - Methods and system to manage patient information are described. An example computer-implemented method to manage patient information includes analyzing a first patient identification to extract first information. Additionally, the example method includes comparing the extracted first information to extracted second information related to a second patient identification to determine if the first patient identification and the second patient identification are associated with the same patient. Further, the example method includes associating the first information and the second information with the same patient identification when the first patient identification and the second patient identification are determined to be associated with the same patient.05-06-2010
