20110064778CONTINUOUS MULTI-MICROENCAPSULATION PROCESS FOR IMPROVING THE STABILITY AND STORAGE LIFE OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE INGREDIENTS - The invention relates to microcapsules, and a continuous micro-encapsulation water-in-oil-in-water microencapsulation process through in situ and interfacial polymerization of the emulsion. The formulation comprises a continuous water phase having a dispersion of microcapsules which contain oil drops and wherein the inside of each oil phase drop—containing optionally oil-soluble materials—there is a dispersion of water, or aqueous extract or water dispersible material or water soluble material. The oil drops are encapsulated with a polymerisable material of natural origin. Such microcapsules are appropriated for spray-dry processes, to be used as dry powder, lyophilised, self-emulsifiable powder, gel, cream and any liquid form. The active compounds included in the microcapsules are beneficial to the health and other biological purposes. Such formulations are appropriate to be incorporated in any class of food, especially for the production of nutraceuticals, as well as cosmetic products (such as rejuvenescence creams, anti-wrinkle creams, gels, bath and shower consumable products and sprays). The preparations are adequate to stabilise compounds added to the food, media for cultivating microbes and nutraceuticals, especially those which are easily degradable or oxidizable.03-17-2011

20080255127Pesticide Formulations with a Crystallization Risk, and a Method for Their Preparation - Pesticide formulations with a crystallization risk are provided. Also provided are methods of making and using such formulations.10-16-2008
20090053271Reverse-Phase Microcapsules for Actice Ingredients, Simplified Process of Manufacture Thereof and Combined Formulation Wdg- Cs,Zc, Ec-Sc, and Cx - This invention relates to microcapsules and processes of microencapsulation of water soluble or water dispersible compounds by reverse-phase microencapsulation, referred to agrochemicals but not as a limiting feature, and how to combine them with other oil soluble or oil dispersible compounds in suitable formulations for agriculture, in a industrially viable process that yields tiny microcapsules (<5-10 μm, preferably) and very homogeneous distribution of particle size, and overall good performance of the formulation. Further, multiple combinations of this reverse-phase microcapsules are disclosed, being specially notorious the combination with normal-phase microcapsules in order to create a Capsule Mixed Suspension (CX) where an outer oil—or alternatively water—phase contains microcapsules of two types: those with a core of water—and actives dissolved or dispersed therein—and those with a core of oil—and actives dissolved or dispersed therein—. Water Dispersable Granules (WDG) and Emulsion Concentrates (EC) and suspension concentrates (SC) combinations with the reverse phase microcapsules are also successfully performed, providing a novel concept of combinations of oil soluble with water soluble microencapsulated active ingredients.02-26-2009
20090099024Microcapsules With Acetylene Carbamide-Polyurea Polymers and Formulations Thereof for Controlled Release - The present invention deals with an alternative interfacial polymerization process of microencapsulation, microcapsule's produced thereof, microencapsulated agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, catalysts and phase transfer materials, and formulations thereof, by means of microcapsules and starting materials with much lower toxicological profile than customary microencapsulation materials, and with the participation of acetylene carbamide derivatives in the final structure of the microcapsules' wall.04-16-2009
20100056373NOVEL AGROCHEMICAL FORMULATIONS CONTAINING MICROCAPSULES - The invention refers a new formulation of fluoroxypyr or chlorpyrifos or diflufenican microencapsulated and in the form of water dispersable granules or as a part of a ZC formulation. Further the invention refers to water dispersable granules containing microcapsules that enclose fluoroxypyr and at the same time the WDG have also sulfonylureas outside of the microcapsules. Further we provide formulations in the form of SC or ZC of the aforementioned active ingredients and its combinations. Also fluoroxypyr may be replaced by any agrochemical of any biological activity that is solid at room temperature and melts below 110° C. Mixtures of actives of such formulations are also contemplated.03-04-2010
20100130364OIL SUSPENSIONS OF SULPHONYLUREAS AND AGROCHEMICAL COMBINATIONS - An agrochemical formulation in the form of an oil suspension characterised in that it contains as essential elements of the formulation (percentages by weight related to the total weight of the formulation) at least; a herbicide of the sulphonylurea type at a concentration of 0.5-50%, preferably 2-30%, a paraffin mineral oil at a concentration of 10-75%, preferably without the existence of any other type of mineral or vegetable oil in the formulation and the concentration of mineral oil being 40-60%, an organomodified silane compound at a concentration of 5-40%, preferably 10-25%, with the existence of other coformulants until reaching 100% by weight of the formulation.05-27-2010
20110086760SUSPENSION CONCENTRATES IN OIL OF SULFONYLUREAS AND COMBINATIONS WITH FLUROXYPYR OR OTHER AGROCHEMICALS - Agricultural suspension in oil of Sulfonylureas and combinations with Fluroxypyr or other appropriate herbicides or agrochemicals are disclosed. The resulting formulations have improved stability regarding physicochemical properties of the formulation, as well as stability of the active ingredients allowing to make mixtures not yet available in the market.04-14-2011
