20100063747Using Plasma Proteomic Pattern For Diagnosis, Classification, Prediction of Response to Therapy and Clinical Behavior, Stratification of Therapy, and Monitoring Disease in Hematologic Malignancies - The present invention demonstrates that the diagnosis and prediction of clinical behavior in patients with hematologic malignancies, such as leukemia, can be accomplished by analysis of proteins present in a plasma sample. Thus, in particular embodiments the present invention uses plasma to create a diagnostic or prognostic protein profile of a hematologic malignancy comprising collecting plasma samples from a population of patients with hematologic malignancies; generating protein spectra from the plasma samples with or without fractionation; comparing the protein spectra with clinical data; and identifying protein markers in the plasma samples that correlate with the clinical data. Protein markers identified by this approach can then be used to create a protein profile that can be used to diagnose the hematologic malignancy or determine the prognosis of the hematologic malignancy. Potentially these specific proteins can be identified and targeted in the therapy of these malignancies.03-11-2010

20090177934APPARATUS FOR TESTING EMBEDDED MEMORY READ PATHS - An integrated circuit. The integrated circuit includes a plurality of logic circuits. The integrated circuit further includes a scan chain including a plurality of scan elements coupled in series, wherein the scan chain is configured to load stimulus data to be applied to the logic circuits for testing. The scan chain is further configured to capture data subsequent to applying the stimulus data. The integrated circuit also includes an embedded memory having a read port, wherein the read port is coupled to one or more of the plurality of logic circuits via a read path. The embedded memory includes a virtual entry having a plurality of scan-controllable storage elements. During testing, the virtual entry is operable to apply transition data to the read path in order to cause logic state transitions in the one or more logic circuits in the read path.07-09-2009
20090193303TEST ACCESS MECHANISM FOR MULTI-CORE PROCESSOR OR OTHER INTEGRATED CIRCUIT - A processor having a pipelined test access mechanism (TAM). The processor includes a plurality of processor cores. Each of the processor cores includes a scan chain including plurality of serially-coupled scan elements. The processor further includes the pipelined TAM, which includes a plurality of pipeline stages each corresponding to one of the plurality of processor cores. The pipelined TAM includes a command channel, a scan data input (SDI) channel, a scan data output (SDO) channel, and a compare channel. Each pipeline stage is operable to convey commands to its corresponding processor core via the command channel, to convey scan input data to its corresponding processor core via the SDI channel, to receive scan output data conveyed from the corresponding processor core to the SDO channel and the compare channel, and convey compare data downstream via the compare channel, wherein the compare data is based on the scan output data.07-30-2009

20090063192System and method of treating Tempro Mandibular Disorders utilizing a protocol of examinations, diagnostics, procedures and treatments to generate letters, reports and coded insurance claim forms to maximize benefit payments - An interactive system and a method for diagnosing, evaluating and treating the condition of Temporomandibular Disorder, where through a series of steps, consultations, procedures and protocols associated with individual appointments, information is gathered and entered into a database by a user through a personal computing device, which is added to or updated as treatment progresses in future appointments. The information gained during the appointments is used to generate printed or electronic reports, letters and insurance claim forms supporting the services rendered, reduce the errors involved in manual insurance claim form coding, supply consistent and proven successful treatment codes to insure payment, and which seek reimbursement from medical insurance coverage by the dentist as opposed to dental insurance coverage in order to maximize the benefits received and allow the patient to avail themselves of the generally higher coverage limits and lower deductibles associated with medical insurance.03-05-2009
