20110086189Structure comprising hexagonal tubes and rhomboid inserts - A structure comprising a plurality of regular hexagonal tubes and a plurality of rhomboid inserts is disclosed. At least one of the tubes can be placed end-to-end relative to another of the tubes in a configuration where the central axes of the tubes are parallel. These central axes can be either collinear or not collinear depending upon the overall configuration of the structure chosen. Each rhomboid insert fits inside at least one section of a hexagonal tube. Those rhomboid inserts that fit into more than one hexagonal tube provide a means for interlocking the tubes.04-14-2011

20110022343METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CALIBRATION AND TESTING OF SCIENTIFIC MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT - There is described herein method and apparatus to produce precision profiles for scientific measurement equipment in general, and in particular clinical laboratory analyzers, and to use those profiles for various purposes in using, designing, calibrating and managing such equipment, for example to carry out critical laboratory testing. In this approach, either the analyzers' quality control data or serial patient data are numerically reduced to generate graphical precision profiles. Precision profiles for serial patient data show increased (im)precision vs time implying increased patient variation over increased time. Precision profiles for quality control data, according to one implementation, can demonstrate three different zones: 1) increased imprecision for quality control determinations that are close spaced (implies the discovery of an error condition and rapid reanalysis, 2) the usual imprecision and 3) a zone of increased imprecision which indicates either a need for a quality control analysis or re-calibration.01-27-2011

20100031047ATTESTATION ARCHITECTURE AND SYSTEM - An architecture and system are provided for flexible, composable attestation systems. Systems built according to this attestation architecture can be composed to accomplish complex attestation scenarios. The system is designed around composable components to permit flexible recombination. A system, method, and computer program product are provided for proving attestations to an appraiser regarding a target system. In an embodiment, an attestation request is sent from an appraiser to a target system, wherein the attestation request includes queries regarding properties of the target system needed by the appraiser to make trust decisions regarding the target system. The attestation request is forwarded from the target system to an attester which collects the requested data. The attester sends an attestation response to the appraiser, wherein the response includes at least information regarding properties of the target system requested by the appraiser in order to make a trust decision regarding the target system.02-04-2010

20120067358Life stick oxygen based energy supplement - The invention provides a device configured to resemble an actual cigarette, tubular in shape and boasts the same measurements of a standard cigarette. The Life Stick is manufactured primarily of recycled plastic, with the distal end of the unit comprised of a canister filled with pure, pressurized oxygen containing gas. Positioned at the end of this canister is an integrated filter mechanism infused with any number of tasty flavors released each time the user takes a drag on the Life Stick .The flavor can be any desired flavor, such as grape, cherry, orange, lemon, lime, other fruit flavor, peppermint, spearmint, other mint, for example. A simple spring loaded release valve is incorporated into the design of the filter which serves to release the oxygen containing gas when the flush mounted push button is depressed by the user, thus delivering the concentrated oxygen containing gas directly into the lungs when inhaling the Life Stick.03-22-2012
