| 20110063758 | Spin filter junction and method of fabricating the same - A magnetic tunnel junction having a first electrode separated from a second electrode by a tunneling barrier is provided. The tunneling barrier is a ferromagnetic insulator that provides a spin dependent barrier energy for tunneling. The first electrode includes a ferromagnetic, electrically conductive layer. Electrons emitted from the first electrode toward the tunneling barrier are partially or completely spin-polarized according to the magnetization of the ferromagnetic electrode layer. The electrical resistance of the tunnel junction depends on the relative orientation of the electrode layer magnetization and the tunneling barrier magnetization. Such tunnel junctions are widely applicable to spintronic devices, such as spin valves, magnetic tunnel junctions, spin switches, spin valve transistors, spin filters, and to spintronic applications such as magnetic recording, magnetic random access memory, ultrasensitive magnetic field sensing (including magnetic biosensing), spin injection and spin detection. | 03-17-2011 |

| 20100089726 | Fixturized conveyor assembly with non-synchronous product transportation capability - A Non-Synchronous conveyor which utilizes fixtures or pallets to transport a product from point to point. The fixtures follow a roller chain with special attachments. The roller chain is driven by a sprocket. The fixtures or pallets are supported by roller assemblies which roll along the conveyor frames. Pneumatic cylinders are triggered by electric solenoid operated valves to block the path of the fixture, thus stopping the fixture in desired locations or work station. | 04-15-2010 |

| 20090301910 | Package For Holding Multiple Media Discs And Methods Of Making The Same - A package for holding media discs is disclosed, having a hinged tray assembly that includes at least two transparent disc-holding trays each having a hinge edge and means for securing a media disc to the tray, the trays being constructed such that the disc securing means of each tray is positioned offset with respect to the disc securing means of adjacent trays such that when the tray assembly is in a closed configuration, the trays are arranged in a stack with hinge edges lined up and each disc securing means being offset from the disc securing means of adjacent trays in the stack, the trays being hinged to each other. The package can also include a jacket with a plurality of panels folding around the tray assembly to close the package. | 12-10-2009 |

| 20090125324 | MEDICAL PRODUCT DISPENSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS - Methods and systems for transferring restricted distribution medical products to an over-the-counter general sales environment are provided. Methods and systems of dispensing non-prescription, behind-the-counter medical products from a vending machine in a general sales location are also provided. In some embodiments, methods and systems are provided for dispensing a medical product from a vending machine in a general sales location based, at least in part, on biometric data collected from the purchaser and, in some instances, based on self-selection and/or de-selection criteria, is provided. Further, methods and systems of switching prescription medical products to non-prescription, over-the-counter medical products are provided. | 05-14-2009 |
