20110000614PAD FOR USE UNDER A COVERING LAYER - The present invention discloses a pad for use under a covering layer. The pad can include a mat with at least one off-all portion, the at least one off-all portion having a puzzle-piece shape. The mat has a bounding portion that is complementary shaped with at least part of the at least one off-all portion, and the bounding portion and the off-all portion have an interference fit therebetween. The interference fit between the bounding portion and the at least one off-all portion provides for the off-all portion to be removably attached to the mat. In addition, removal of the at least one off-all portion from the mat provides an opening for a component to be nested therewithin, while not removing the at least one off-all portion provides structural support to the covering layer that is located over the mat.01-06-2011

20110135778LIQUID OR HYDRAULIC BLOW MOLDING - An apparatus and method for simultaneously forming and filling a plastic container is provided. A mold cavity defines an internal surface and is adapted to accept a preform. A pressure source is a servo motor system that includes an inlet. The servo motor system is operable to draw liquid through the inlet and urged it into the preform. A blow nozzle may be adapted to receive the liquid from the pressure source and transfer the liquid at high pressure into the preform thereby urging the preform to expand toward the internal surface of the mold cavity and create a resultant container. The liquid remains within the container as an end product.06-09-2011
20110155686PATTERNED CONTAINER HAVING INTEGRALLY MOLDED INDICIA - A method and apparatus for forming a container including introducing an indicia material into an injection stream between an inner layer and an outer layer to form a preform. The method further includes shaping the preform into a container such that the container defines visual patterning along at least a portion thereof.06-30-2011
