20090188698 | ELECTRIC CABLE AND INSULATOR SELF-LOCKING SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION THEREOF - The insulator comprises a lower bell shaped portion, an intermediate annular waist portion and an upper saddle portion for receiving and supporting an electric transmission overhead cable. An axial blind bore opens at its lower end for receiving an upstanding support pin. The saddle portion includes a transversely-curved groove, substantially normal to the axial bore, and jutting parts on each side of the cable receiving groove and laterally protruding from the waist portion. Each jutting part has an external face which is provide with a partly annular groove, generally coaxial with the bore and of greater radius than that of the waist portion. These annular grooves are adapted to positively retain the inturned flanges of a cable retaining clasp despite an upward force or a laterally upwardly directed force exerted by the cable on the clasp. The waist portion can still be used for attaching the electric wire by a tie-wire. The clasp includes male/female joints at each of its two downwardly curved arms that automatically interlock with each other when a sufficient biasing force is applied thereon by a pneumatic tool deforming the clasp arms, drawing the registering flanges of the latter toward one another to lock the insulator to the overhead electric cable. | 07-30-2009 |

20100070329 | Architectural Design for Opportunity Management Application Software - Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer program products, for implementing a software architecture design for a software application implementing ad-hoc goods movement. The application is structured as multiple process components interacting with each other through service interfaces, and multiple service operations, each being implemented for a respective process component. The process components include, for example, a lead processing process component that handles the potential interests of a business partner and the interactions with the business partner over a certain timeframe; an opportunity processing process component that handles the development, processing, and monitoring of opportunities; a customer quote processing process component that handles the processing of quotes to customers offering the delivery of goods according to specific terms; and a sales order processing process component that handles the processing of customers' requests to seller for delivery of goods, on a specific date, for a specific quantity, and for a specific price. | 03-18-2010 |

20150067073 | RESTART CAPABILITY IN MESSAGE CAMPAIGN - In an embodiment, a message campaign is defined based on a received plurality of inputs and received target group to be assigned to the message campaign. In response to receiving an execute instruction from a user interface, a mass data run object instance is created corresponding to the message campaign. Schedule parameters such as date and time are specified to schedule execution of the created mass data run object instance. The mass data run object instance groups the recipients of the target group into packages. Execute the grouped packages in parallel in batches to send personalized communication to the recipients grouped in the packages by creating a corresponding instance for the recipients. In case one or more packages fails to execute, restart execution of the one more packages to send personalized communication to the recipients in the one or more packages. The recipients receive personalized communication only once. | 03-05-2015 |
