20100160947SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DILATION AND DISSECTION OF TISSUES - A minimally invasive dilation device includes a stylus, a plurality of rigid arms radially arrayed about the stylus, and a dilating member positioned between the stylus and the arms. An outer flexible sleeve may be circumferentially secured to the arms, lying within or without the plurality of arms. An inner mesh may surround the stylus and dilating member. The device may be introduced into tissue toward a targeted area, while in a closed configuration. The dilating member may be a balloon, wherein upon inflation of the balloon, the arms are pushed radially outward, expanding the device and dilating the surrounding tissue. A cannula may be inserted inside the plurality of arms to keep the arms in an open configuration, and the stylus, balloon and inner mesh may be withdrawn, providing an open passageway through the device to the targeted area. The device may be used with a neural monitoring system.06-24-2010

A portion of a document including one or more hyperlinks to linked documents at respective data sources is displayed in a first window. In response to a search request including one or more search terms, one or more of the linked documents are requested from the respective data sources. When a respective linked document is received from a respective data source, it is determined whether the respective linked document includes chunks that match at least one of the search terms. If true, at least a subset of the chunks are displayed as a respective group in a second window only if a number of groups displayed in the second window is less than a predefined number of groups.05-19-2011

20090252677Probes for In Vivo Targeting of Active Cysteine Proteases - Activity-based probes, which are specific for certain active cysteine proteases (caspase, cathepsin and legumain) and carry radioactive labels, are disclosed. The present probes comprise an acyloxymethyketone (AOMK) “warhead” that binds only to active enzyme. The probes further comprise peptide-like structure that targets the probe to a specific cysteine protease or protease family, and a radiolabel on the probe, which is bound to the targeted enzyme. It has been found that the present probes are stable in vivo and give specific target images distinguishable over background. The preferred probes are labeled with a positron-emitting agent such as 10-08-2009
