| 20100033168 | HAND AND PRESS-BUTTON DUAL-WAY MANUAL PULSE GENERATOR WITH BUILT-IN INDICATOR LAMPS - The present invention discloses a hand and press-button dual-way manual pulse generator with built-in indicator lamps, which comprises a rotation pulse input unit and a CPU. The CPU is connected with a forward rotation indicator lamp and an inverse rotation indicator lamp. The rotation signal input unit and/or the press-button signal input unit transmit the output signal to the CPU. The rotation pulse input unit transmits the output signal to the CPU where the output signal is processed and the control signal is then output through the difference chip. Meanwhile, the CPU collects control signals through the feedback circuit to realize self-check when the machine is turned on. The pulse generator has a non-contact structure extending significantly its service life than the prior art, which makes it durable. In addition, by installing a controller, built-in indicator lamps, and press-button control on the manual pulse generator, it offsets the technical defects of the current manual pulse generator, reduces the fault incidence, and greatly enhances work efficiency. Besides, the manual pulse generator has a simple structure that it is easy to manufacture and to widely spread in the field of the machine tool control. | 02-11-2010 |

| 20100322319 | METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING QUALITY OF VIDEO STREAMS - A method for evaluating quality of video streams includes: obtaining video streams; obtain coding information of video frames in the video stream; evaluating the single frame quality according to the coding information of the video frames; and evaluating the sequence quality according to the single frame quality evaluation result. An apparatus and a system for evaluating quality are also provided. Thus, the quality of video data packets transmitted in a channel can be predicted accurately, and the single frame quality evaluation result of the video frames can be obtained immediately. | 12-23-2010 |
| 20110085605 | METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING VIDEO QUALITY - A method, a system, and an apparatus for evaluating video quality are disclosed to improve accuracy of the evaluation. The method includes: obtaining information about a transmitted video; resolving the information about the transmitted video to obtain video frame parameters, where the video frame parameters include a compression distortion parameter and/or a video quality distortion parameter with packet loss; and calculating a video frame quality parameter according to the video frame parameters. An apparatus and a system for evaluating video quality are provided. The embodiments of the present invention improve accuracy of video quality evaluation without reference. | 04-14-2011 |

| 20100246615 | INTRACAVITY HARMONIC GENERATION USING A RECYCLED INTERMEDIATE HARMONIC - Lasers configured for intracavity harmonic generation of second and higher order harmonic laser beam energy include mode-matching optics, such as a curved mirror, for recycling an unused portion of an intermediate harmonic laser beam energy (e.g., second harmonic laser beam energy) to improve higher order harmonic laser beam energy generation efficiency (e.g., third or higher order harmonic laser beam energy generation efficiency) without sacrificing beam quality of the higher order harmonic laser beam energy. The curved mirror may be positioned out of a resonant laser cavity of the laser. A radius of curvature and a position of the curved mirror are selected so that a beam radius and a beam divergence of the recycled second harmonic laser beam energy are essentially the same as a beam radius and a beam divergence of incoming second harmonic laser beam energy everywhere along a beam path of the incoming second harmonic laser beam. | 09-30-2010 |
