20100154926Load line connection spillage container - An injection-molded load line connection spillage container for catching and retaining liquid spilled when liquids are pumped between storage tanks and tankers provides an injection-molded reservoir and an injection-molded cover attached to the reservoir by hinges. Reinforcing ribs molded into the reservoir provide strength and ruggedness without the need for reinforcing steel collars and saddles. Gussets molded into the reservoir hinge brackets ensure repeated stresses produced by energetic opening of the cover does not result in failure of the hinge brackets. An optional load line mounting assembly permits secure mounting of the load line container directly onto the load line. An optional cleanout assembly provides a valved suction line for removing retained spillage, and an optional sampling assembly provides a valved sample line for sampling the liquid being transferred.06-24-2010

20110232896STUFFING BOX LEAK CONTAINMENT APPARATUS - An apparatus for containing leaks from a stuffing box on a wellhead production assembly is provided. The apparatus comprises a containment vessel consisting of two half shells that are joined below the stuffing box. The apparatus further comprises a seal subassembly. The components of the seal subassembly are positioned one the nipple and pumping tee below the stuffing box. The half shells are positioned about and joined to the seal subassembly in a manner that provides a liquid tight seal. Additionally, the apparatus comprises a transparent topper having an upper opening to receive a polished rod extending from the stuffing box. The topper is secured to the containment vessel in a liquid tight manner such that the stuffing box is substantially isolated from the environment. As such, any leaks originating from the stuffing box will be contained in the apparatus.09-29-2011

20080293359System and method of communicating and re-using frequencies within terrestrial and satellite signal paths - A system and method for communicating and re-using frequencies is provided, which includes a source provider, at least one transmitter, and a plurality of antennas. The transmitter transmits source data along a plurality of signal paths including a first signal at a first frequency transmitted along a first satellite signal path, a second signal at a second frequency transmitted along a second satellite signal path, and a terrestrial signal transmitted along a terrestrial signal path. The terrestrial signal frequency is substantially the same as one of the first and second signal frequencies. The antennas receive signals, and include a first antenna for receiving at least the terrestrial signal along the terrestrial signal path and a second antenna for receiving at least the first signal along the first satellite signal path, the second signal along the second satellite signal path, and the terrestrial signal along the terrestrial signal path.11-27-2008
20090003498System and method for receiving and combining multiple antenna signals - A receiver system and method of receiving signals is provided. The receiver system includes a plurality of antennas that receive signals and are proximate to one another, a plurality of tuners, a signal combiner, and a symbol timing combiner. The plurality of tuners are in communication with the plurality of antennas. The signal combiner is in communication with the plurality of tuners, and combines an output of each of the plurality of tuners. The symbol timing combiner is in communication with the signal combiner and the plurality of tuners, wherein an output of the signal combiner and outputs from each of the tuners are received by the symbol timing combiner, and the symbol timing combiner emits a combined symbol timing output that is received by each of the tuners. The plurality of tuners process the signals communicated from the plurality of antennas based upon the combined symbol timing output.01-01-2009
20090004970System and method of communicating multiple carrier waves - A system and method for communicating a plurality of carrier waves that are received by a single receiver system is provided. The receiver system includes at least one antenna, at least one splitter, a plurality of tuners, and at least one combiner. The antenna receives a plurality of carrier waves. The splitter is in communication with the antenna, and splits the plurality of carrier waves. The plurality of tuners are in communication with the at least one splitter, and the split carrier waves are communicated to a separate tuner. The at least one combiner is in communication with the plurality of tuners, and combines an output of the plurality of tuners to generate an output based upon at least a portion of the received plurality of carrier waves.01-01-2009
20100022185System and method of satellite communication that reduces the doppler frequency shift of the satellite signals - A system and method of communicating signals is provided. The system includes a plurality of satellites, at least one receiver, and at least one satellite uplink station. The plurality of satellites include at least one active satellite. The at least one receiver is in communication with the plurality of satellites, and receives a signal from the at least one active satellite. The at least one satellite uplink station is in communication with the plurality of satellites, and transmits the signal and alters a frequency of the signal based upon a location of the at least one active satellite to reduce a Doppler frequency shift when activating and deactivating the plurality of satellites.01-28-2010
