20100221755USE OF ANTIBODY SECRETING CELL ELISPOT TO ASSESS ANTIBODY RESPONSES FOLLOWING ANTIGEN EXPOSURE - Disclosed are methods and kits for early detection of antigen exposure through the presence or absence of antigen-specific antibodies.09-02-2010
20100260792RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS VACCINE BASED ON CHIMERIC PAPILLOMAVIRUS VIRUS-LIKE PARTICLES OR CAPSOMERES - The present invention is directed to a chimeric papillomavirus virus-like particle (VLP) or capsomere including an L1 polypeptide and, optionally, an L2 polypeptide, and a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) protein or polypeptide fragment thereof comprising a first epitope, where the RSV protein or polypeptide fragment thereof is attached to one or both of the L1 and L2 polypeptides. Chimeric proteins, genetic constructions, and recombinant vectors and host cells suitable for expression of the constructs and making of the chimeric VLPs or capsomeres are also disclosed. Use of the VLPs or capsomeres, or a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, is contemplated for inducing a protective immune response against RSV.10-14-2010

20100237573Air suspension control apparatus - An air suspension control apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. The apparatus includes a charge tank maintained at a first air pressure such that selective filling of the charge tank with compressed air is permitted. The arrangement is such that, in a first disposition of the tank air valve, the charge tank is maintained at a second air pressure which is less than the first air pressure. When the tank air valve is in a second disposition thereof, the charge tank is maintained at the first air pressure. In a third mode of operation of the air suspension control apparatus, the tank air valve is in the first disposition thereof and a ride height air valve is in the first setting thereof. The arrangement is such that the first pressure within the charge tank rapidly inflates the air spring from the third pressure to the second pressure so that driving of the vehicle is permitted.09-23-2010
