20120093880 | METHOD AND KIT FOR TOPICAL ELIMINATION OF PSORIATIC LESIONS WITH A CAUSTIC APPLICATOR - A method and kit for eliminating a psoriatic lesion involves removal of loose psoriatic scales if present, and moistening remaining scales to a depth to or just above epidermal tissue underlying the scales. The hydrated scales are then contacted with a dry composition of from about 50% to about 95% silver nitrate using a specially configured applicator such that a portion of the moisture of the hydrated psoriatic scales will be absorbed into the dry composition so as to dissolve an outer layer of the silver nitrate into a solution. The solution will then be absorbed into the psoriatic scales to the depth of the moistening thereof to chemically cauterize the moistened scales. The method can be repeated until elimination is achieved. Cauterization of surrounding and underlying tissue is undesirable, and if contacted by moisture, dehydration can be allowed, and the lesion rehydrated as necessary. | 04-19-2012 |

20130137072 | TEST AND METHOD FOR DETECTION OF EXCESSIVE FATIGABILITY AS INDICATOR OF SUBCLINICAL DEPRESSION OR PREDICTOR OF UPCOMING DEPRESSION - A test or system for detection of increased/excessive fatigability and as a screening tool for on- or up-coming depression, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Fatigue is dissected into components including general feelings, activity, and emotions, each expressed through sets or pairs of opposite feelings. Between the opposite feelings there is a scale, from which the person will select the most applicable point that best reflects the person's present feelings. The scale is scored, and based on the score it is determined whether to perform the test again, or to evaluate for depression. If the test is performed again, need for further evaluation is determined from that score. | 05-30-2013 |

20090275076 | CELL SAMPLE PREPARATION METHOD AND APPARATUS - An apparatus and method for automatic thin-layer cell sample slide preparation without requiring human intervention are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a cell sample is measured to derive a cell sample measurement. An estimation of total cellularity of the cell sample is determined based upon the cell sample measurement. A differential volume of diluent is dispensed to the cell sample based upon the estimation of total cellularity of the cell sample to form a cell suspension. In one embodiment, a differential volume of the cell suspension and a differential volume of cell adherent may be combined based upon the estimation of total cellularity of the cell sample to form a cell mixture. A differential volume of the cell suspension or cell mixture (if an adherent is mixed with the cell suspension) is dispensed onto a surface of a sample slide. | 11-05-2009 |

20130139653 | Double Action Internally Geared Rotary Tool - The invention provides a ratchet tool that includes a tool head, a drive including a sun gear, a ratchet mechanism, and planet gears mounted to a carrier and meshed with the sun gear. The tool head has drive teeth meshed with the planet gears. The ratchet mechanism is mounted to the tool head and is operative to directly couple the tool head to the input when the tool head is rotated in a first direction and to uncouple the tool head from the input when the tool head is rotated in a second opposite direction. Rotation of the tool head in the second direction, while the user holds the carrier stationary, rotates the drive in the first direction. | 06-06-2013 |

20150054236 | GAME CART DEVICE - A convertible game cart including a first wheel rotatable about a first axis, a second wheel rotatable about a second axis, and a pivoting mechanism. The pivoting mechanism couples the first wheel and the second wheel. The pivoting mechanism is configured to pivot the first wheel relative to the second wheel from a first orientation with the first axis and the second axis being generally parallel to a second orientation with the first axis and the second axis being generally perpendicular. | 02-26-2015 |

20140039664 | RELIABILITY TEST SCREEN OPTIMIZATION - Methods and systems optimize power usage in an integrated circuit design by sorting the integrated circuit devices after manufacture into relatively slow integrated circuit devices and relatively fast integrated circuit devices to classify the integrated circuit devices into different voltage bins. The methods and systems establish a bin-specific reliability testing processes for each of the voltage bins and test the integrated circuit devices using a tester. This allows the methods and systems to identify as defective ones of the integrated circuit devices that fail the bin-specific integrated circuit reliability testing processes of a corresponding voltage bin. The methods and systems remove the defective ones of the integrated circuit devices to allow only non-defective integrated circuit devices to remain and supply the non-defective integrated circuit devices to a customer. | 02-06-2014 |
