20090322090ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STORING AND SUPPLYING ENERGY - An energy storage system is provided which includes an electrolyser a hydrogen gas storage and a power plant. The electrolyser is connected to the hydrogen gas storage and the hydrogen gas storage is connected to the power plant. Furthermore, a method for storing and supplying energy is provided which includes delivering electrical energy to an electrolyser; decomposing water into oxygen and hydrogen gas by means of the electrolyser; storing the hydrogen gas; supplying the stored hydrogen gas to a power plant; and producing electrical energy via of the power plant.12-31-2009
20100076097Chemical Product Providing System and Method for Providing a Chemical Product - A chemical product providing system is provided, which comprises an electrolyser and a gasification unit, whereas the gasification unit is fed with oxygen, resulted from the electrolyser, to produce a synthesis gas by the gasification unit, the synthesis gas being a source material for the chemical product. A method is for providing a chemical product is also provided.03-25-2010
20100146929Method for Increasing the Efficiency of a Combined Gas/Steam Power Station With Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle - The invention relates to a method for increasing the efficiency of a combined gas/steam power station (06-17-2010
20100156116Arrangement to stabilise a grid - An arrangement to stabilize a power-grid is provided. The grid is coupled with a power-system via an inverter-system, while the power-system feeds in electrical power into the grid when needed. A synchronous generator is connected with the grid. The synchronous generator is designed to compensate sudden load-changes of the grid.06-24-2010
20100253272Method and Arrangement to Adjust an Air-Gap - The electrical machine includes a movable part and a static part. The movable part rotates in relation to the static part around a dedicated rotary axis. An air-gap is located between the rotating and the static part of the machine. A device is positioned and used to measure the spacing of the air-gap. The static part and/or the movable part is coupled with an actuating-unit, which changes the relative position of the static part in relation to the movable part to adjust the spacing of the air-gap.10-07-2010
20100329415Method to inspect a blade - A method of inspecting a quality of a blade, especially of a wind-turbine-blade, is provided. At least parts of the blade are inspected by a computer-tomography-method using radiation. The radiation is directed through the blade for the inspection. A transmitter sends the radiation through the blade. A receiver receives the sent radiation after its passing through the blade. The position of the transmitter, of the receiver and/or of the blade is changed in relation to each other in order to perform the inspection of the blade.12-30-2010
20110083443STORAGE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY WITH THERMAL STORAGE AND RETURN THROUGH A THERMODYNAMIC CYCLE - A device and a method for using overcapacities in the power grid is provided. In case of an oversupply of energy, the energy is transferred to a thermal storage device directly via a heating element and in the discharge case of the thermal storage device the heat is removed from the thermal storage device and made available to a thermodynamic cycle whereby electrical energy is produced. The heat from the thermal storage device is used to preheat air in an air feed line to a combustion chamber, or fuel is pre-heated using heat from the thermal storage device.04-14-2011

20110047150METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE SHARING TO PROVIDE CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE - Described herein are methods and systems for providing corrective maintenance using global knowledge sharing. A method to provide corrective maintenance with a CM system includes performing a query to generate a ranking of fixable causes based on factors (e.g., symptoms, configuration, test). The ranking may be determined based on a fixable cause percent match with the factors. The ranking of fixable causes may be associated with one or more solutions for each fixable cause. The ranking can be updated based on performing tests or solutions.02-24-2011

20080296946Seat System With Shock- And Vibration-Reducing Bladders - A seat system has separate air bladders in the seat bottom and seat back. The seat bottom bladder is in fluid communication with the seat back bladder through a plurality of rigid interconnecting tubes, and valves in the tubes or orifice size can control flow rate of air exchange between the seat bottom bladder and the seat back bladder. A panel of resilient, compressible open cell foam extends in each of the seat bottom bladder and the seat back bladder. Through-holes in the foam panel permit accelerated air evacuation to the other bladder when the seat withstands a significant shock event. The vibration and shock attenuation characteristics of the seat are jointly provided by the panel spring force and the bladder air pressure.12-04-2008
