| 20080254971 | PROCESS FOR RENDERING AN OXYGEN-SENSITIVE CATALYST INERT - A process for rendering an oxygen-sensitive heterogeneous catalyst (s-cat) inert to oxygen, as well as a heterogeneous catalyst that is not sensitive to oxygen, is disclosed. The surface of the s-cat is wetted with an ionic liquid. The ionic liquid firmly adhering to the surface of the catalyst forms a film, which protects the s-cat from reactions with oxygen. | 10-16-2008 |

| 20110054851 | METHOD FOR DETECTING INFORMATION RELEVANT FOR THE CHARACTERIZATION OF JOINT MOVEMENTS - The present invention concerns a method of detecting information relevant to the characterization of joint movements, wherein markers fitted on both sides of a body joint are used for the analysis of joint movements and wherein the method includes: determining a mean marker configuration and determining time-dependent discrepancies from the mean configuration, wherein an orthogonal distance regression is carried out for determining a mean marker configuration and wherein markers fitted on a respective side of the body joint are used; carrying out a weighted orthogonal distance regression using the time-dependent discrepancies from the mean configuration for weighting, wherein markers fitted on a respective side of the body joint are used; and solving a linear equalization problem using items of information which were determined by carrying out the weighted orthogonal distance regression. | 03-03-2011 |

| 20100176263 | Adjustable Quick Mounting System - An adjustable quick mounting system to be used with fixed position tree stands or similar support platforms, often found used for hunting or other outdoor activities. The adjustable mounting system includes a mounting base, detention hooks, and locking pin. The mounting base is connected securely to a tree or pole using a ratchet strap, cable or similar attachment device. The detention hooks are attached to tree stand or platform, preferably on the vertical support(s). The detention hooks are then engaged onto the mounting base by placing the open end of the detention hooks over the top portion of the mounting base. The mounting base has elongated slots manufactured into the design to allow the detention hooks to seat securely onto the base to prevent shifting of the base. The top surface of the mounting base has integrated tabs which are bent up and drilled to accept the locking pin. The top bend of the detention hooks have integrated holes that line up with the mounting tabs, in turn with the locking pin inserted, the system cannot disengage. | 07-15-2010 |
