| 20100075630 | METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING CREDIT FOR SUBSCRIBERS OF MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES - A technique for managing credit for subscribers of mobile communications services involves using a mobile credit intermediary to manage the credit in a way that makes the credit more fungible than traditional prepaid mobile subscription plans. In an embodiment, the mobile credit intermediary maintains a credit pool that reflects pooled credit of a group of multiple different mobile subscribers and then incrementally purchases, using the credit pool, prepaid mobile minutes in quantities that reflect anticipated consumption of mobile communications services by the group. The incremental purchases are made in increments that are smaller than the balance of the credit pool such that credit remains in individual credit accounts of the mobile subscribers. The credit that remains in the individual credit accounts can be used as a currency for other transactions, for example, for the purchase of goods and services from entities other than the mobile network operator. | 03-25-2010 |

| 20100171848 | SYSTEM, APPARATUS, SOFTWARE AND PROCESS FOR INTEGRATING VIDEO IMAGES - A process for integrating video images includes generating a dancer video with a dancer and identifying a dancer head position of the dancer in the dancer video. A participant head location is identified and a cropped area is generated based on the participant head location. A participant video is generated of cropped area contents and a composite video is generated by overlaying the cropped area contents onto the dancer head position. A video image integration system includes a video camera for capturing participant videos and a processor. The processor has a processor database module storing pre-recorded dancer videos, a face recognition module configured to identify participant head locations from the video camera and generated cropped areas based thereon, and a blender module configured to overlay the cropped areas onto the dancer videos to generate composite videos. | 07-08-2010 |

| 20100219826 | HYPERPOLARITZATION OF COMPOUNDS FOR NMR, IN PARTICULAR BY MEANS OF PHIP - An NMR method is presented having enhanced sensitivity on a compound comprising hyperpolarizable nuclei, in particular applying enhanced PHIP. Polarization is thereby transferred from a prepared fluid, which is enriched with symmetric molecules of a particular spin state (e.g. para-hydrogen enriched), directly to the hyperpolarizable nuclei of a compound, without altering the chemical identity of the compound in this process. Spin transfer is achieved using a template having sites of ordered environment, and the fluid and the compound are brought together in the presence of the template. Polarization transfer to the hyperpolarizable nuclei of the compound is thereby easier to perform and can be applied to a broader scope of compounds. | 09-02-2010 |
