20130216962 | CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SPACE HEATER/HEARTH - A fuel burning space or zone heating appliance or heater rated or decorative fireplace (hearth appliance) and a method of operating a heater including a gas valve, a pressure transducer, a second pressure measurement device, a combustion fan, and a control. The control compares the signal from the pressure transducer to the signal from the second pressure measurement device. If the signals do not sufficiently correspond, the control prevents the gas valve from opening. If the signals sufficiently correspond, the control performs an ignition sequence and opens the gas valve. The control also compares the signal from the pressure transducer to a desired value based on a current input gas rate through the gas valve. If the signal is greater than the desired value, the control decreases power to the combustion fan. If the signal is less than the desired value, the control increases power to the combustion fan. If the signal is less than the desired value, the control turns the gas valve off to cease ignition. | 08-22-2013 |
20130255664 | EVAPORATION APPARATUS FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY FIRE PLACE OR HEATER WITH HUMIDIFICATION FEATURE - A heater having an evaporating and humidifying apparatus therein, the evaporating and humidifying apparatus comprising a fluid pan with a heating element. In one aspect, the pan is in fluid communication with a condensate trap assembly. In one aspect the apparatus can include a base pan, the heating element, an insulator and an evaporation pan above the heating element. The evaporating and humidifying apparatus can include a fluid level sensor operatively associated with the heater controls. The condensate trap assembly may include a fluid level sensor operatively associated with the heater controls to determine fluid levels in the trap assembly. In one aspect the pan comprises an ultrasonic vaporization element in lieu of a heating element. | 10-03-2013 |
20150369518 | HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATER WITH CONDENSATE COLLECTION AND HUMIDIFICATION - A heater having a burner, a first heat exchanger associated with the burner, a second heat exchanger above the first heat exchanger in fluid cooperation with the first heat exchanger and an ambient air intake blower above the second heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger comprises angularly disposed finned section so condensate within the second heat exchanger flows to a collection point and is collected in a trap. The trap includes a sensor to sense buildup of fluid in the trap with feedback to the heater controls. The heater may include a collection pan below the heat exchangers in fluid communication with the trap. In one aspect the collection pan may include a heating element to vaporize the fluid so that heated, humidified air is expelled through vents adjacent the base of the heater. In another aspect, the pan includes an ultrasonic vaporization element to vaporize fluid in the pan. | 12-24-2015 |

20160139782 | SIMPLIFIED PROJECTION OF CONTENT FROM COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICES INTO APPROPRIATE VIDEOCONFERENCES - In one general aspect, a method can include displaying, on a display device included in a computing device, content in an application executing on the computing device, and determining that the computing device is proximate to a videoconferencing system. The method can further include displaying, in a user interface on the display device, at least one identifier associated with a videoconference, receiving a selection of the at least one identifier, and initiating the videoconference on the videoconferencing system in response to receiving the selection of the at least one identifier. The videoconference on the videoconferencing system can be initiated such that the content is provided for display on a display device included in the videoconferencing system. | 05-19-2016 |

20130185228 | System and Method of Data Collection, Analysis and Distribution - A computer based system for the collection, analysis and dissemination of data related to financial transactions using an Internet interface in order to minimize investment risk. The system includes a computer processor and a plurality of software applications adapted to run on said processor for performing a variety of functions. The processor and software together operate as a computer engine. A database is connected with the engine for storing data related to the transactions. Means are provided for inputting data to the database, and an application programing interface is carried by the engine for communication with software carried on third party systems through data feeds connected to the engine. A web application interface connected to the engine allows a user of the system to access the engine through a local terminal and display. The application interface permits the user to conduct searches of the database for information pertaining to a particular financial deal, said deal including a financial transaction or project and project profile. The software applications include at least one application programming interface for tracking deal analysis and storing the analysis on the database. The application interface permits a user to view the stored analysis on the user's local display. | 07-18-2013 |

20140108277 | Method and System for Verifying Accredited Investor Status - A web based computerized system and method for verifying accredited investor status, includes a server capable of receiving data related to an investor or prospective investor. The server has software configured to determine, using analytic algorithms, whether, from the data, an investor or prospective investor is a natural person, and if so whether the investor or prospective investor meets the income and/or asset value thresholds in order to qualify as an accredited investor. If the system determines that the investor or prospective investor is not a natural person, the software is further configured to determine whether the investor or prospective investor, based on the received data, is an entity that qualifies as an accredited investor by the nature of the investor or prospective investor. | 04-17-2014 |
