The threshold database can store a threshold value for the parameter of the channel and can provide the threshold value to the comparator. The CTS packet receiving portion can provide channel parameter information, to the comparator, based on the CTS packet. The comparator can compare the threshold value and the channel parameter information and can generate an instruction signal based on the comparison.
