20100106476Fast Simulation Method For Integrated Circuits With Power Management Circuitry - In a fast simulation technique, the output node of a power supply module of the integrated circuit can be designated as an ideal power node. At this point, the power supply module can be designated a fan-in block and any blocks connected to the power node can be designated fan-out blocks. Then, DC initialization and transient simulation for each time step can be performed for the circuit. During the transient simulation, any inter-relationship of the fan-out blocks can be determined and a sensitivity model can be calculated for each fan-out block. Because the power node is designated as an ideal power node, the results of the sensitivity model for each fan-out block can be added asynchronously to a total loadings of the power node. The total loadings can be loaded into a matrix, which is computed for the fan-in block, and a simulation waveform point can be output.04-29-2010

20100029077Inhibiting background plating - Methods include selectively depositing a phase change resist having high light transmittance onto a dielectric to form a pattern, etching away portions of the dielectric not covered by the resist and depositing a metal seed layer on the etched portions of the dielectric. A metal layer is then deposited on the metal seed layer by light induced plating.02-04-2010
20110287634METHOD OF FORMING CURRENT TRACKS ON SEMICONDUCTORS - Methods of making current tracks for semiconductors are disclosed. The methods involve selectively depositing a hot melt ink resist containing rosin resins and waxes on a silicon dioxide or silicon nitride layer coating a semiconductor followed by etching uncoated portions of the silicon dioxide or silicon nitride layer with an inorganic acid etch to expose the semiconductor and simultaneously inhibit undercutting of the hot melt ink resist. The etched portions may then be metallizaed to form a plurality of substantially uniform current tracks.11-24-2011

20090037843METHODS FOR SPLITTING AND MERGING CALENDAR ENTRIES - A method of merging and splitting calendar entries is provided. The method of merging includes initiating a Personal Information Management (PIM) that is configured to manage a calendar, opening the calendar, selecting a first calendar entry and a second calendar entry, and selecting an owner action selection of the PIM. The owner action selection includes a merge and split selection. Selecting the merge selection combines information of the first calendar entry with information of the second calendar entry, such that a new calendar entry is created that includes the combined information of both the first and second calendar entries. A time and/or place is entered for the new calendar entry having the combined information. Additionally, selecting a split selection initiates a first and second pane where the second pane includes two subsections with original calendar entry information that may be amended and saved as two new calendar entries.02-05-2009
