20110180826PRINTING METHOD, METHOD FOR FORMING LIGHT EMITTING LAYER, METHOD FOR FORMING ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE, AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE - A printing machine includes: a frame; a flat anilox plate that is fixed to and located on the frame and has a plurality of cells on an upper surface of the anilox plate; an ink supplying tool that supplies the ink onto the upper surface of the anilox plate; a surface plate that is fixed to and located on the frame and on which the substrate is placed; and a printing cylinder that is arranged above the frame and is capable of moving above the frame. The printing cylinder has a flexographic plate. The flexographic plate contacts the upper surface of the anilox plate, receives the ink, and transfers the ink onto the substrate. The flexographic plate is made of an elastic material. The viscosity of the ink is in a range of 51 cP to 200 cP (ink temperature: 23° C.) at the shear rate of the ink is 100/second.07-28-2011

20100298973Automated Box Opening Apparatus - An apparatus includes a conveyor, a programmable motion device, and a controller. The conveyor preferably includes actuatable rollers, and the programmable motion device is preferably a robotic arm. The controller operates the conveyor, a stopping rail, and a positioning rail to move and position a box in a cutting position relative to the robotic arm. The controller determines three dimension of the box and translates a programmed cut pattern to those determined dimensions. Based on the determined dimensions, the controller then operates the robotic arm to perform the programmed cut pattern in the box with the cutting element. The cutting element preferably has square blade so that each of the four blades can be used to cut a side of the box without having to rotate the cutting element during operation.11-25-2010

20100206723PHOTOCATALYST ELEMENT, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING THE SAME - A photocatalyst according to the invention comprises a photocatalytic film of a compound of titanium and oxygen and is characterized in that the photocatalytic film is made porous and has 0.02 or higher value as a value calculated by dividing the arithmetical mean deviation of profile Ra with the film thickness. The photocatalytic film can also be specified by the intensity ratio between x-ray diffraction peaks of the anatase structure of titanium oxide. Such a porous photocatalytic material can be obtained by a reactive sputtering method in conditions of adjusting film formation parameters such as the film formation rate, the sputtering pressure, the substrate temperature, the oxygen partial pressure and the like in proper ranges, respectively, and the photocatalyst material is provided with excellent decomposition and hydrophilization capability.08-19-2010
