The valve includes a capsule, a magnetic assembly, an anchor and a valve insert which guides a magnetic flux which starts from the magnetic assembly in an axial manner via an airgap in the direction of the anchor. The capsule includes a lower area which is displaced in an overlapping manner on the valve insert. The overlapping area of the capsule extends in the direction of the caulking area, the magnetic assembly guides the magnetic flux via the capsule into the valve insert, the capsule is caulked with a valve bushing on the caulking area by means of a fluid block and a bushing is inserted into the capsule.08-28-2008
20080302984Magnetic Valve - The invention relates to a magnetic valve having a magnetic assembly and a capsule. An armature is disposed in the capsule and a valve insert is inserted in the capsule. A tappet is guided in a displaceable manner within the inner bore of the valve insert and sealingly immerges in a sealing seat. The valve insert is arranged at a distance from the armature via an adjustable air gap. According to the invention, the sealing seat is arranged in a sleeve which itself is disposed inside the capsule. The sleeve has at least one opening through which adjusting elements act upon the valve seat in order to regulate the magnetic flux generated by the magnetic assembly. The air gap between the valve insert and the armature is variable, whereby the adjusting elements either move the valve insert in axial direction towards the armature in order to increase the magnetic flux or move the valve insert away from the armature in order to reduce the magnetic flux.12-11-2008

20090008587Solenoid Valve - The invention relates to a solenoid valve having a valve insert and a tappet which is movably guided in the valve insert by a tappet guide. The tappet is supported on a valve element by a restoring spring. According to the invention a centering element is arranged on the valve insert in the region of the restoring spring in such a way that the restoring spring is centered and stabilized.01-08-2009
20100187457SOLENOID VALVE - The invention relates to a solenoid valve with a magnet assembly and a valve cartridge. The valve cartridge includes a capsule and an armature which is movably disposed within the capsule and which has a first closing element which interacts with a main valve seat to form a seal. A magnetic force, generated by the magnet assembly, moves the armature with the first closing element, as a result of which the first closing element with a first sealing region dips into the main valve seat to form a seal. According to the invention, the capsule is constructed with an inner curvature in order to reduce the overall height of the valve cartridge. An upper end of the armature is fitted to the shape of the inner curvature of the capsule by means of a depression.07-29-2010
20100187459VALVE CARTRIDGE FOR A SOLENOID VALVE - The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve having a capsule, a valve insert which is pushed into the capsule, and a tappet which is guided in a movable fashion in an inner bore of the valve insert. At least one axially running volume-compensating groove is arranged between the inner bore of the valve insert and a tappet casing. According to the invention, the tappet is designed such that the tappet casing has a simple geometric shape and the valve insert is designed such that the at least one axially running volume-compensating groove is formed into the valve insert and is defined by the shape of the inner bore of the valve insert.07-29-2010
20100200790SOLENOID VALVE - The invention relates to a solenoid valve having a magnetic assembly and a valve cartridge including a valve insert, a closing element guided within the valve insert in a movable manner, and a valve body pressed into the valve insert. A main valve has a main sealing element connected to the closing element, and a main valve seat disposed in the valve body. A magnetic force generated by the magnetic assembly moves the closing element in the direction of the valve body, as a result of which the main sealing element is inserted into the main valve seat in a sealing manner. According to the invention, the valve body is configured as a sleeve, the open end of which is pressed into the valve insert. The main valve seat with a through opening on the inside is disposed at a hood-shaped end of the valve body sleeve. The valve body sleeve is configured in an elongated manner at the hood-shaped end by means of a tubular extension such that a seal with a valve assembly element, forming the valve base part, can be established via a sealing lip of the valve assembly element, with the lip resting against the exterior of the tubular extension in a sealing manner.08-12-2010
20100252762VALVE CARTRIDGE FOR A SOLENOID VALVE, AND ASSOCIATED SOLENOID VALVE - The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert, and having a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet that is guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a locking element which includes a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention, the valve insert is configured as a slotted bushing, having a collar integrated onto the second end of the valve insert in order to increase an outer diameter and a shape stability of the valve insert.10-07-2010
20100264340SOLENOID VALVE - The invention relates to a solenoid valve having a magnet assembly and a valve cartridge comprising a capsule, a valve insert connected to the capsule, an armature that is movably disposed within the capsule. The armature includes a tappet having a locking element and a main sealing element, and a valve body having a main valve seat pressed into the valve insert.
