20110168862Fish Tank Rescue Brace - A linear brace used to prevent the bowing and complete failure of a glass aquarium when the manufacturer's plastic, center brace fails. Through general steel fabrication techniques, the tubular, mild steel is cut to a specified length determined by the aquarium width. Both ends of the tubular steel are cut in 45 degree angles and smaller pieces of the tubular steel which protrude in a downward direction. A three eight's nut is welded to the bottom of the backside of the brace. A three eights bolt is threaded in the nut that was previous welded to the tube. After the bolt is threaded into the nut an additional nut is threaded onto the opposite end of the bolt and plug welded. This creates a adjustable mechanism to allow for easy installation. Then When the brace is in place on the aquarium, both downward tubes reside on the outside of the aquarium and are secured by adjusting the thread and nut mechanism.07-14-2011

20090119074METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPORTING DATA INTO PROGRAM CODE - The present invention relates to a method for designing a system. This method includes obtaining a visual representation of one or more components of the ventilation system. One or more property values are assigned to each of the components of the system, which may be achieved using first program code. Geometrical information representing the visual representation and the property values of each component are exported to a data file using the first program code. Standards information relating to the property values are stored. The data file is then imported into a second software application and the data file and the standards information is used to generate a final design using the second software application.05-07-2009

20080263727Increased seed size and seed number through transgenic over expression of revoluta protein during early embryo development - The present invention provides methods and compositions for increasing the seed size and/or seed number in plants. In particular, the methods and compositions provide for the over expression of a plant growth and/or development related or associated gene during embryo development. Transgenic plants transformed with genetic constructs having the plant growth and/or development associated gene under the control of an early phase-specific embryo promoter provides mature plants in the field that produce larger and/or more seeds. Methods for selection growth and development associated genes that provide transgenic plants with a higher yield phenotype are also provided.10-23-2008

20090323552Systems and Methods for Managing Virtual Collaboration Systems Spread Over Different Networks - Systems and methods for managing virtual collaboration systems are disclosed herein. A virtual collaboration system includes a distributor communicatively coupled to a first network and a second network having different network characteristics from the first network, the distributor configured to receive first media streams from at least one first network node, and to transmit the first media streams to at least one second network node; and a management subsystem adapted to dynamically configure a topology of a virtual collaborative event, wherein configuration of the topology includes a determination of media stream connections among the distributor and the at least one first network node based, at least in part, on at least one policy, and wherein the media stream connections establish and maintain virtual relationships among the at least one first network node and the at least one second network node.12-31-2009
20100188477Updating a Local View - A method including creating a local view for a local endpoint, where the local view is created from a local topology for the local endpoint, where the local topology is created from a central topology, scanning for a request to change the local view for the local endpoint, and updating the local view for the local endpoint when the request to change the local view will not violate the local topology for the local endpoint and will not violate the central topology.07-29-2010
