20100154779Gas feature and method - Gas fire devices are provided that produce a swirling flame by passive means using the kinetic energy of gas exiting through burner ports located in a burner and the kinetic energy of air drawn through louvers or flaps radially positioned on the base of a plenum. Situated above the burner and plenum is a chimney, which surrounds the flame and may be a translucent or transparent material to help observers better see the flame.06-24-2010

20110289812Wraparound Gun Grip - A wraparound gun grip comprises a substantially flat continuous flexible sheet, the substantially flat continuous flexible sheet having a first side and a second side, the first side for adhering to a grip of a gun and the second side for providing improved gripping to a user of the gun, the substantially flat continuous flexible sheet cut to fit the gun's model. The wraparound gun grip is capable of being placed onto the gun by wrapping the wraparound gun grip around the factory grip of the gun. The wraparound gun grip includes one or more finger strips which can either be cut to size or tucked in. The second side can achieve increased friction by including abrading particles thereon (e.g., using sandpaper or grip tape). Alternatively, the grip side can be made from an elastomer, such as a synthetic rubber, or other material with the property of viscoelasticity.12-01-2011

20100124905Systems and Methods for Message Forwarding - Methods and systems for forwarding messages are disclosed. A device, component, or subsystem of a device or network may evaluate a recipient number in a message and determine that the recipient number is not associated with a device capable of receiving the message. An alternate recipient number may be selected and the message transmitted to the alternate recipient number. The evaluation and assignment of an alternate number may be performed on a mobile device, network equipment, or third party devices. In one alternative, a message is sent to a recipient number and a failure message is received. An alternate number may then be selected and the message sent to the alternate number. Alternate numbers may be selected from numbers available in an address book, in network configuration parameters, or from user preferences.05-20-2010

20120014739COSMETIC DISPENSER - A cosmetic dispenser comprises a brush, a cylinder, a ratchet wheel comprising internal ratchets and external ratchets, a rotating sleeve including a cosmetic reservoir and a piston. The brush is attached to the cylinder, which is rotatably attached to the revolving sleeve. The ratchet wheel is attached to the end of the cylinder disposed inside the revolving sleeve. The piston extends through the ratchet wheel and has a piston head disposed in the cosmetic reservoir of the revolving sleeve. An axial tunnel extends the entire length of the piston and communicates with a cosmetic reservoir. A needle extends from the brush into the piston axial tunnel. This cosmetic dispenser is constructed in such a way that, relative rotation of the cylinder and the rotating sleeve in a dispensing direction results in displacement of the piston head into the cosmetic reservoir and pressurized flow of a liquid cosmetic from the cosmetic reservoir to the brush. In addition, relative rotation of the cylinder and the rotating sleeve in a non-dispensing direction causes no displacement of the piston.01-19-2012
