20100096493EMERGENCY AND RESCUE AIRCRAFT - The invention relates to lighter-than-air vehicles. The inventive aircraft comprises a rigid body with carrier gas-containing shells and propulsers arranged inside aerodynamic modules which are embodied in the form of aerodynamically shaped toroidal bodies of revolution. A longitudinal through passage in embodied in the lower part of the body in such a way that it communicates a crew cabin, a cargo-and-passenger compartment, fuel tanks and accessories and is provided with exit hatches and devices for docking to external objects, an extensible stairway with fences and a demountable carriage. The aircraft also comprises a transversal passage with overwing exits and a vertical passage provided with a cable hoist and devices for lowering and lifting people and cargo. The lower part of the body and hollow wings are filled with a foamed plastic which is used for providing the aircraft with floatability and strength. The aim of the invention is to extend the list of technical means.04-22-2010

20110225322REAL-TIME MULTI-BLOCK LOSSLESS RECOMPRESSION - Exemplary methods, computer systems, and computer program products for processing a previously compressed data stream in a computer environment are provided. In one embodiment, the computer environment is configured for separating a previously compressed data stream into an input data block including a header input block having a previously compressed header. Sequences of bits are included with the input data block. Compression scheme information is derived from the previously compressed header. The input data block is accessed and recompressed following the header input block in the previously compressed data stream one at a time using block-image synchronization information. Access to the block-image synchronization information is initialized by the compression scheme information to generate an output data block. The block-image synchronization information is used to provide decompression information to facilitate decompression of the results of the output data block.09-15-2011

20090054713Method for preparing polyolefinic bases of synthetic oils - The invention relates to a method for the preparation of the polyolefinic bases of synthetic oils by the cationic oligomerization of olefinic feedstock and can be used in the petrochemical industry. A new method for the preparation of the polyolefinic bases of synthetic oils has been developed, which comprises the steps of conditioning olefinic feedstock, preparing and dosing in a reactor, solutions and suspension of the components of a catalytic system Al(O)—HCl-TBCh, isomerizing alpha-olefins and oligomerizing higher olefins and mixtures thereof under the action of the catalytic system Al(O)—HCl-TBCh, separating spent catalyst, dividing an oligomerizate into fractions and hydrogenating the fractions separated under the action of a catalyst Pd(0.2% w)/A1203+NaOH. The invention provides the improvement of all steps of the method elaborated. For the corrosive activity of products to be removed, a method further comprises a step of the dechlorination of oligomerizate present chlorine-containing oligoolefins with metallic aluminum, triethyl aluminum, alcohol KOH solutions or the thermal dehydrochlorination of chlorine-containing polyolefins in the absence or presence of KOH. For improvement of method technico-economic indices owing to an increase in the yield of polyolefin target fractions having a kinetic viscosity of 2-8 cSt at 100° C., the method further comprises a step of the thermal depolymerization of restricted consumable high molecular polyolefins with a kinetic viscosity of 10-20 cSt at 100° C. to target polyolefins with a kinetic viscosity of 2-8 cSt at 100° C.02-26-2009

20100047179TARGETED SPLIT BIOMOLECULAR CONJUGATES FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES, MALIGNANCIES AND DISORDERS, AND METHODS OF THEIR PRODUCTION - The present invention is directed to compositions and methods for the production of split-biomolecular conjugates for the directed targeting of nucleic acids and polypeptides. More preferably, the compositions and methods allow for the use of the split biomolecular conjugates for the treatment of diseases, malignancies, disorders and screening. In some embodiments, the split biomolecular conjugates comprise split effector protein fragments conjugated to a probe, and interaction of both probes with a target nucleic acid or target polypeptide, such as a pathogenic nucleic acid sequence or pathogenic protein, brings a the split-effector fragments together to facilitate the reassembly of the effector molecule. Depending on the effector molecule, the protein complementation results in a cellular effect, in particular for the treatment of diseases, malignancies and disorders.02-25-2010

20090029370REAL TIME NUCLEIC ACID DETECTION IN VIVO USING PROTEIN COMPLEMENTATION - The present invention relates to a method to detect nucleic acid molecules, such as RNA molecules in vivo using real time protein complementation methods. The invention further relates to methods for detecting nucleic acids, for example RNA in real-time in living cells with a high sensitivity, using a novel split biomolecular conjugate of the invention.01-29-2009
20090220942ACTIVATED SPLIT-POLYPEPTIDES AND METHODS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE - The present invention relates to a method to produce activated split-polypeptide fragments that on reconstitution immediately forms an active protein. The method relate to real-time protein complementation. Also encompassed in the invention is a method to split and produce split-fluorescent proteins in an active state which produce a fluorescent signal immediately on reconstitution. The present application also provides methods to detect nucleic acids; non-nucleic acid analytes and nucleic acid hybridization in real-time using the novel activated split-polypeptide fragments of the invention.09-03-2009
