20110132708Flexible luggage organizer - A device for organizing around the collapsible handle of wheeled luggage, baggage or containers the most personal, important, or frequently used items during travel is disclosed, which includes a bag that attaches to the collapsible handle of luggage and uses the handle as a skeleton frame to create a securing structure for those items without inhibiting the operation of the collapsible handle. The bag is fully accessible and convenient by its close proximity to the users hand when the handle is in its extended position. In either position, the device offers an increased opportunity for branding, personalization and identification for the end user. When the device is removed from the handle it can be stowed in a convenient configuration, such as a tri-fold, for storage or hung within convenient reach to the user to allow continued access to the items being stored.06-09-2011

20090106094AUCTIONING AND ADVERTISEMENT PLACEMENT SYSTEM - A service station advertising display system that allows users locally at the service station and remotely to request, upload, purchase and bid on advertising display time for displays located in the service station environment. Displays may be located on fuel dispensers or other locations proximate to where customers interact for requesting fueling, and other services such as convenience store and quick service restaurant purchases. The invention allows users to access available advertising times for displays, and bid or participate in an auction to control the display time. The user can upload their own content to be displayed, or use advertising content and tools located on servers to create content. The system resolves any conflicts with overlaps in different requests for advertising, downloads the content to the displays to be displayed, and tracks the effectiveness of the displayed content for billing and/or other purposes.04-23-2009

20090274300METHOD FOR CONFIGURING THE ENCRYPTION POLICY FOR A FIBRE CHANNEL DEVICE - A data encryption engine and method for using to selectively encrypt communications. Data is received from a source device into the data encryption engine. The data encryption engine determines whether or not to encrypt the data based on a source device preference, a target device preference, a comparison of priority numbers for the source device and target device, the transport medium, the relationship between the source device and target device, a type/level of encryption or some combination. If the data is determined to need encryption, the data encryption device may encrypt the data or may flag the data for encryption by the target device. Otherwise the unencrypted data may be forwarded to the target device.11-05-2009

20090204912GENEERAL PURPOSE INFINITE DISPLAY CANVAS - Expanding and contracting a display screen container. Data is stored in a computer readable medium. The data represents a screen container such as a graphical desktop user interface displayable to a user on a computer display of a computing device. Data is stored representing artifacts, including one or more application graphical user interface artifacts for applications that are instantiated on the computing device. Information is stored specifying locations where each of the artifacts should be graphically located in the screen container. The graphical size of screen container is determined by the locations of the artifacts. Based on user input, a portion of the screen container is displayed to the user on the computer display of the computing device. The screen container may be expanded or contracted based on opening or closing graphical user interface artifacts, adding or removing artifacts, or repositioning artifacts.08-13-2009
20100318959Source Code Semantic Zoom and Spatial Layout - The present disclosure describes an apparatus and a method for contemporaneously viewing code structure in a diagram as well as source code facilitated by a semantic zoom and pan feature and enabled via use of advanced rendering engines. The apparatus and method support in-place editing where edits are represented on the diagram in real-time. One example system includes a diagramming surface, an advanced rendering engine, viewers with controls and data retrieval modules, a data store with data loaded from source code well as external sources, and workers possibly implemented as background threads to monitor changes. One example method enables layers where a subset of data is viewed and a corresponding control is used to manipulate the data. An advanced rendering engine enables a wide range of user interface techniques, including but not limited to semantic zoom and pan and in-place editing.12-16-2010
