20090066846EVENT PRODUCTION KIT - According to various embodiments, an event production kit is provided that includes storage cases for storing production equipment, such as cameras, monitors, and microphones, and an electronic production equipment case for storing an audio mixer, a video switcher, and computers for encoding and distributing the production. In addition, in one embodiment, the electronic production equipment case includes a vertical panel that includes a plurality of ports that are pre-wired to the audio mixer, video switcher, and the computers for coupling the production equipment together. The storage cases and the pre-wired panel facilitate transporting the kit to the event location and reduce the amount of time and resources required for setting up the equipment prior to the event, according to various embodiments. In addition, the selection of the type of equipment included in the kit, according to one embodiment, provides for a high quality, lower cost production than is currently available.03-12-2009
20090070407SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SCHEDULING, PRODUCING, AND DISTRIBUTING A PRODUCTION OF AN EVENT - According to various embodiments, an event management system is provided that provides a single interface through which a production team can schedule a production of an event, produce the production of the event, and direct distribution of the production. For example, in one embodiment, the event management system provides a web interface through which a member of the production team can create, or build an event, by specifying the name of the event, type of event, specific details about the event, whether the event will be broadcast live, and the date and time of the broadcast for the event. The event management system stores this information and provides at least a portion of it to a distributor that will be distributing (or broadcasting) the event to viewers. In addition, the event management system displays a pre-production checklist to guide the production team through the testing and production set-up process.03-12-2009

20090094684Relay server authentication service - A relay server authentication service for a relay server is described. An apparatus may include a proxy server to receive an authentication request for client authentication information from a first client to traverse a network address translation device. The apparatus may further include a relay server with a relay server authentication service module. The relay server authentication service module may be arranged to receive the authentication request from the proxy server, generate the client authentication information for the first client, and send an authentication response with the client authentication information to the first client through the proxy server. Other embodiments are described and claimed.04-09-2009
20090319674TECHNIQUES TO MANAGE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN RELAY SERVERS - Techniques to manage communications between relay servers are described. A system may include multiple relay servers each having an enhanced relay control module. The enhanced relay control module may be operative to manage communications between private clients communicating over the first relay server and the second relay server. The enhanced relay control module may establish a media channel between control ports for the first and second relay servers when a port range attribute for at least one of the first or second relay servers is turned off. Other embodiments are described and claimed.12-24-2009

20100180028POLICY SERVICE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE FOR SESSIONS CREATED USING STUN - Described herein are embodiments for setting, managing, and monitoring connection policies for a plurality of network paths from a first endpoint to a second endpoint. In embodiments, a set of candidate addresses from a first endpoint and a set of candidate addresses from a second endpoint are received. Each candidate address of the first endpoint is paired with each candidate address of the second endpoint to create a plurality of candidate address pairs. Each candidate address pair has an associated network path. The network path is the route by which data flows to and from the various endpoints. Once all network paths between each candidate address pair have been determined, a connection policy is set for each network address pair and the associated network path.07-15-2010
